Episode 8: The Search begins.

"Shit! What do I do..." **Windblade said looking ahead of her, at the sight of a broken warrior, a shell. Ultra Magnus, she tried to Comm Optimus** "Optimus, come in, I repeat, Optimus Prime come in!" **She waited a few seconds... Nothing at all.** "Windblade, what the hell are you doing come on!" **The Autobots called out to her, as she hesitated for a second then gave Ultra Magnus one last salute...** "See you in the afterlife, soldier..." **She said as she hustled her way out of there, She couldn't transform, as she used part of her wing to heal Bumblebee, so she just ran.**

**TO THE OTHERS**

**The others were already at a safe distance, but they were waiting for her, Jolt decided to open the space bridge now, with all the strength he had left** "Come on!" **He groaned as electricity cackled throughout him, but there was one problem, he needed to find a source on Cybertron to lock the portal on!** "Jolt to Autobot infrastructure 3, do you read, I repeat, Jolt to Autobot infrastructure 3! Do you copy!" **It was silent till Bluestreak broke the silence** "Stay here, keep trying I'm gonna go back and see where the hell Windblade is! This bomb's gonna go off any minute!" **Jolt nodded, Smokescreen looked at him then down and said** "Good luck brother!" **After that Bluestreak transformed and drove off**

***BACK TO WINDBLADE***

**She was struggling to move quickly, she knew time was running out, but she couldn't leave Bumblebee behind.** "Damnit, I can't make it in time, Bee, wake your ass up!" **She said running the quickest she could with him, as she was running she tripped, the bomb's countdown was on 30 seconds, she looked back horrified, trying to get up, she saw Bluestreak racing towards her, she got up fully and Bluestreak came in with a clean drift, hitting her legs making her fall over onto his vehicle mode** "Don't mention this!" **Bluestreak said as he started racing to the others, carrying Windblade, who's carrying Bumblebee on her back, The car is slowed down some due to the weight issue but it doesn't stop him** "Push that pedal harder!" **Windblade said looking back, she knew there were only 15 seconds left.** "I'm going!" **Bluestreak said driving faster, activating turbo boost, Windblade held onto Bee tighter, they drifted past a mountain and, the counter was getting lower as it reached 5 seconds, they didn't have enough time,

The bomb exploded with a huge roar**

***BOOM***

**The explosion was bigger than the atomic Tsar. Ultra Magnus was slowly vaporized, and the explosion was catching up to Bluestreak, Windblade yelled out** "PUSH THE PEDAL!" **It was no use, it was closing too fast, Bluestreak transformed and got in front of Windblade, clenching his eyes shut, ready to sacrifice himself, he stood there for a few seconds, and wondered if he was alive?** "You're alive idiot, open your eyes." **Trailmaker said as he stood by them with his forcefield activated, he gave them a smile and winked, then looked outside the forcefield, The explosion was remnant for a few more seconds, and after it was gone he deactivated his forcefield, then walked up to Windblade.** "Speechless huh?" "Shut up Trailmaker **Windblade and Trailmaker exchanged words as Cogman drove up to them and transformed, he looked at Bumblebee, then at Windblade, he noticed they were both injured, so he consulted them.** "You two need medical attention, Bumblebee immediately, you not so much, we just need to patch up your wing. Let me take Bumblebee off your hands ma'am." **Cogman said with a nod then went to take Bumblebee, she took a step back and blushed. Trailmaker and Bluestreak noticed this and looked at each other smiling mischievously...** "Someone has a crush doesn't she??" **Windblade then got furious, She put Bumblebee in Cogman's arms and smiled before running after Trailmaker and Bluestreak, Arcee, Chromia, and Elita-1 then pulled up beside Cogman, Cogman then said.** "Please, go search the area for any Autobot remains. Please and thanks." **Cogman then transformed and drove down a secluded area and looked around, he then put Bumblebee down and looked above him.** "I know someone's there, reveal yourself." **Cogman said as he drew a blade. Someone then quickly swooped in behind Cogman and held a sword up to his throat, Cogman intercepted it with his and elbowed the Cybertronian, he jumped away once he was free and looked.** "Drift?" **He said semi-shocked, he then regained composure as Drift nodded and sheathed his blade.** "You've got keen senses Cogman, quite respectable I must admit." "Thank you, but it's nothing to brag about, We are all only this strong for a single purpose, not saying I am and sounding egotistical and all." **Cogman said, to which Drift replied with.** "Well, what would that purpose be young Autobot?" **Cogman withdrew his blade and put it on his back, he walked back over to Bumblebee whilst saying** "We're this strong just to kill or fight, that's simply it, it's quite illogical, but it's a purpose, our purpose, whether we like it or not, these cycles may never truly end. But, that doesn't matter to me, I'll make it end. This generation... Will be the end of evil, that, is a promise." **Cogman lifted Bumblebee back onto his shoulder, and Drift gave a round of applause** "You're quite smart and skilled for someone of your generation... I like you." **A few moments later, silence carried until Arcee spoke through the comms.** "Nothing remains. All of it's gone, What do we do?" **Drift then shook his head and replied** "Nothing, return to Jolt and the others, we're going back to Cybertron." **After that, all of the Autobots made their way to the rendezvous point and grouped up, Jolt activated the portal and most of them walked through, except Windblade, She stayed and looked at Pheonix, who was crying uncontrollably... She was devastated by the loss of Ultra Magnus, it's a sad sight to see truly.** "Hey, wanna come to Cybertron?" **Windblade said kneeling down to her. Phoenix looked up and wiped some tears, Still crying, she asked** "How would I survive on another planet... Is there Oxygen?" "Obviously not, we don't have these types of trees." **Windblade said scratching the back of her head, she then took out an armor plate-looking thing and threw it to her, and with a yell in surprise from Pheonix, the armor wrapped itself around her.** "Don't be frightened, it won't hurt you, it's called the Apex Armor. It's for us normally, but a human could use it basically as an Astronaut suit, so no worries, come on, and I'll show you the big boss." **Windblade said as she gestured a 'get over here', Pheonix followed her, through the space bridge, as soon as she stepped through it, there was nothing, but she could feel what she was walking on, metal?** "Oh, that's right, you humans need light to see don't ya, we have light, but not a sun, I guess you can't see our frequency levels, anyways, say visor on and you'll be able to see." **Windblade said walking away with the rest of the Autobots** "Visor on??" **Pheonix said confused, but it worked, lights flashed and she could see.** "OW JEEZ, coulda warned me it had flashing lights! What if I got an epileptic seizure... Nevermind." **She then ran back to them**
