While her father was still in shock after finding out about her identity, Jennie was seated inside a conference room, discussing the possible collaboration project yet again with Irene and Golden Star. It annoyed her that Taehyung, after being so cold and indifferent towards her for so many years, would be interested to work with her now.

'What game is he trying to play this time?' She pondered. Taehyung surely had a motive for forcing her to cooperate with his company, but what could it possibly be?

If he's still after Bluemedia, then Taehyung must be dreaming if he thought that she would easily yield and hand over her mother's company to him, like she had foolishly done in her previous life. She wasn't the same love fool who would believe every word he uttered.

Now that she was also married to Lisa, even if Taehyung wanted to get back with her, it would be impossible as she couldn't even stand being in the same place as him. It wasn't like she wasn't aware of the advantages this collaboration could offer for Soo Yang and Bluemedia, but she didn't trust Taehyung or Irene at all.

"Didn't you say you want to pursue acting? Then you don't need to quit your passion and let me handle the company. This way, you wouldn't have to give up on something you love." Taehyung told her previously.

She had been so stupid to interpret his words differently. She thought that he really cared about her and her career, and was willing to share her burden by taking over the management of Bluemedia after her mother's passing. To think that she felt moved by his words… Jennie wanted to berate herself even more.

"President Lee, the proposal Golden Star sent to you doesn't look so bad after all. You have to consider accepting it for Miss Park's sake. You can't be trapped in the past and refuse to be civil with CEO Kim." One of the elders of Bluemedia told Jennie bluntly, while the others agreed with him.

Jennie remained silent while Soo Yang, who was seated on her right, gave her a worried look. The actress was aware that the only reason her manager was hesitating to accept the offer was because of her. It had nothing to do with Jennie's prior engagement with Taehyung.

Unfortunately, what happened during the photoshoot was kept a secret, not only from the public, but also from the higher ups of Bluemedia. Soo Yang thought that they wouldn't have opinions like this towards President Lee if they were aware of what happened.

"What about you, Miss Park? Would you like to work with Miss Bae again?"

It was Bohyun who questioned her this time. Bohyun knew that Jennie didn't want to have anything to do with Taehyung after the annulment of their engagement. The two hadn't parted ways amicably, and he had no doubt that Jennie wouldn't want to get involved with Taehyung, especially now that she was a married woman.

Soo Yang glanced at him, then to her manager, deciding that she needed to grow some backbone and not to bring any more trouble to Jennie.

"I have no qualms about working with her, as long as their camp is professional enough and would not cause us any trouble." She said with a straight face.

"If that's the case, then I see no problem why we shouldn't accept Golden Star's offer to produce a film with them." Bohyun gave Jennie a knowing look, reminding her that she cannot avoid Taehyung this time.

"Fine. Let's accept their proposition, but I will draft some terms that would demand Miss Park's safety during the course of the production."

The rest of the team was confused as to why Jennie was insisting on it, but they simply assumed that she was only trying to protect the queen Bluemedia currently had. Bluemedia had yet to produce their own queen, and it might take some time to groom one of their talents to become one.
