Evergreen kingdom

The days had turned into weeks and the weeks had turned into a few months, spring had passed and summer was now here. lunacrest had grown powerfully over the past few months of training with Korvald, and shade was right the young mage seemed to attract trouble wherever she goes. She's had a few close calls where she had almost died, but each time she has come back stronger.

Lunacrest was laying in the dark on another mission to free yet another village from her Uncles control, she had a small group of soldiers with her that of course Korvald had chosen to go with her each time. One of them was one of his own warriors, Brielle who kept a very close eye on the girl at all times.
"Your majesty, it's too risky." She said quietly
"And? We're doing this for my people Brielle. Sometimes it's worth the risk."

The young mage of course wasn't wearing any armor which made the dragon growl softly.
"No armor? King Korvold wouldn't like that."
"Let me worry about that later, plus my armor is still broken from the last time."
She motioned for the others to slowly move out, they surrounded king Jax's men as they slept.
They took control over the camp easily enough, of course Lunacrest almost got hit in the chest with a sword but Brielle blocked it.
"Next time you're wearing Armor."
"And when do I ever listen?" Lunacrest laughed as she easily flipped someone over her shoulder.
The fight had ended as quickly as it started, her Uncles men surrendered when Brielle had shifted to her dragon form and ate one of them. The people of the village thanked them and offered their support to Lunacrest, she knelt down as a little girl tugged on her dress and gave her a flower crown.
"It's beautiful little one." She said putting it on.

Brielle who was still as a dragon knelt down and looked at the princess.
"It's time to go princess, king korvold awaits your return."
Lunacrest nodded softly as she climbed into brielle gently, she ordered her men to protect the village and keep the prisoners there till more men arrive.

Brielle took off with Lunacrest holding onto one of the spines of her back, brielle was a beautiful black and red dragon she didn't breathe fire like most dragons she breathed nightshade instead.
She headed to the elf kingdom frying high above the clouds as the sun began to rise.
"Almost home."
"Perfect, just in time for everyone to be waking up."

Brielle landed in the open training field and let Lunacrest slide off her carefully, she landed gracefully and looked around. Korvold let out a huge yawn as he was coming out of his shack, Brielle shifted back and crossed her arms as Lunacrest tried to slip away. "Oh no you don't." Brielle grabbed her by the collar and dragged her back.
"What is going on now?" Korvald asked
"She didn't wear Armor, again."
Korvald sighed softly rubbing the bridge of his nose as he closed his eyes, brielle let go of the girl.
"Lunacrest, you need to be wearing Armor. We've had too many close calls already, a few you were really close to dying!"

Lunacrest looked down at the ground rocking back and forth on her feet gently, he watched her for a moment and sighed again.
"Come here kid."
He knelt down to her level placing a hand on her shoulder gently.
"I don't want you to get hurt ok?
"I know."
"How about this, we skip training today... let's go and take a walk."

Lunacrest smiled softly and nodded, liking that idea but Korvold had other plans for that day. He planned to actually see how far along in her training she has come, but first he wanted to just have fun. He lead her out into the forest as they walked they looked around and talking, he looked over at her once in awhile grinning from ear to ear.

Irina was sitting in her study and sighed loudly, Celeste has barely been able to leave the castle. It seems like everytime she tries she gets attacked by one of Jax's men, a dark cackle filled the room as the shadows grew and it all turned into a black void.
"Have you made your decision Irina?" Shades's voice whispered in her ear before he circled around her.
"This is your last chance my dear!" He grinned wickedly.
"Ok fine, I will accept if it keeps my daughter safe."
