The Leclerc's house,Monaco
8:30 a.m.

Lydia got into the kitchen after getting ready to go to the paddock for another Monaco Grand Prix. So when she dressed and got her hair up in a ponytail she decided to make herself a cup of hot coffee. A reward from her herself for landing pole position the day before.

She got her mug out,put it in the counter and pour the hot coffee in.After a few minutes she picked the mug up, the smell of coffee getting stronger as she got the mug closer to her mouth. She took a breath before placing the mug on her lips ready to take a sip but as she closed her eyes she felt a little something patting it's arms on her thigh and wrapping its hands around it. Lydia immediately looked down at the light brown haired little girl on her thigh.

"I love you mommy"the little girl said.
Lydia immediately left her mug on the counter and picked her daughter on her hands.
"I love you too Annette"she said kissing her face.
"Mommy. When are we leaving?"
"In a little bit"
"Will grandma and uncle and uncle and aunt be there?"
"Yes honey" Lydia said caressing her face.
"Okay" the little girl said before getting out of her mother's hands and running into another room.

Lydia looked at the little girl smiling. Then she picked her coffee mug up again ready to take the first sip of the day. She got the mug closer to her mug again-

"Mum"
Lydia took a deep breath before opening her eyes.
"Yes dear"
"I want to tell you something but I will get someone in trouble" the blonde boy said.
"No Jules. Mum he is lying" another brown haired boy shouted as he entered the kitchen.
"Pascal your brother came here first so I have to listen to him first"
"It's unfair." the middle child said.
"No it's not I came here first" Jules said.
"Like always"
"Mum Pascal-"
"Don't say it"
"Why?"
"If you say it-"
"What is going to happen? You are going to hit me? Because you know if you do mum will punish you"
"Jules don't say it"
"Why though?"
"I dare you to say it"
"Are you afraid Pascal?"
"No. I'm not. You are clearly the one lying so I dare you to say it"
"I will"
"Go on then"

"Will you to stop fighting and give your mother a piece of silence?" Charles said as he entered the kitchen.
"What is happening?" he asked again getting closer and resting his hands on the counter top.
"Dad Jules is lying" the brown haired boy said.
"No I'm not. You are lying" the other blonde boy said.
"Look. I don't care who is lying. 5 minute rule for both of you. Go to your rooms and when you get out everything is forgotten. Go" Charles said looking at his sons.

"Thank you" Lydia said getting closer to him and wrapping her hands around he body as the boys got out of the kitchen.
"You are welcome" he replied back hugging her and leaving a kiss at the top of her head.

As she got out of his arms she went to the other side of the counter, picking up her mug and pouring the coffee in the sink.
"Why are you doing that?"
"It got called by now"

Then the two boys entered the kitchen again. This time hand in hand.

"We are sorry mum" they both said.
"It's okay" Lydia said getting closer to them and wrapping her arms around them.
"I love you bothe very much. Equally"she said before kissing their little heads.
"Group hug" a running Annette said entering the kitchen.
"C'mon daddy" the little girl said picking her father's hand and pulling him towards the the hug.

Annette wrapped her hands around her brother's waist as Charles wrapped his around everyone. They all stayed like that for a few second. Lydia felt so grateful. She couldn't exchange those little moments, those hugs, for the coffee of the world.

"Alright. Its time to leave for the paddock. Your three go wear shoes." Charles said as they broke the hug.

When the three little kids got out of the kitchen he wrapped his hand around his wife's waist, side hugging her while also pulling her closer.

"Everything did work out as we planned at the end?" Lydia said.
"Yes it did"

"I love you Charles" Lydia said looking at her husband.
"I love you too my Stargirl" he replied back to his wife before connecting their lips together.
