49 : thank you & kisses

The next morning, it's different from the other morning Hyejin spent. There's Jaeyun next to her with his arms wrapped around her waist. She smiles when she saw how cute his sleepy face.

Running her fingers through his hair, Hyejin finally managed to wake Jaeyun up. He opened his eyes and softly groaned because of the tiredness after what happened last night.

Hyejin pecked his lips, “good morning, Jaeyun!”

“Good morning, darl. Did you have a very good sleep last night?” he asked while pulled her body closer and Hyejin hits his exposed chest.

Of course she having a very good sleep last night. After making love with Jaeyun, he brought her to the shower and clean themselves together. Her heart is too soft for that actions from her boyfriend—can she call him that now?

Hyejin hides her face in the crook of Jaeyun's neck with her stupid smile. She missed this feeling that she felt everytime Jaeyun is around. During those teenager years, that feeling when she realized she likes him.

Jaeyun chuckled softly, didn't even believe that he finally shown it to her. Last night, he showered her with everything he felt and kept—all bittersweet days and years of longing her. He leave a few deep pecks on top her forehead.

“I love you, Hyejin. More than anything I have in this world. Thank you, darl,” he paused meanwhile his hands cupped her face and left a peck on her lips.

“Thank you for everything you did to me, darl. All these years without you, I've learned a lot.”

“Thank you for giving me a lot of chances fixing everything even though I messed up most of the times.”

“Thank you for trusting me and allowed me to love you. I hope you know now how much I love you, sweet girl.”

Hyejin's eyes locked with his, every words he said will forever remain inside her heart. Doesn't realized when, her tears flow down her cheeks and Jaeyun quickly wipes it off using his thumb. He kissed both of her eyes, slowly went to her cute nose and lastly captured her lips.

He kissed her.

Slow but passionate.

Everything Hyejin likes are slow yet meaningful. Just like how their relationship. It takes times to realized how much they needed each other and not wanting being apart from each other. Even though she almost gives up with Jaeyun but her heart telling her to continue.

“I love you,” she muttered against his lips and Jaeyun smiles, “I know, darl. I know your heart too well.”

She linked her arms around his neck, pulling him closer meanwhile his hands grips tighten around her waist. Jaeyun has been waiting for this moment. Wake up in the morning with Hyejin in his arms, telling her how much he loves her.

“Please don't leave me again. Please stay by my side. I can't live without you, darl.” he whispered right in front of her face and Hyejin softly smile with her hands cupped his cute face.

“I will not leaving you, Jaeyun. You have showed a lot to me and I really appreciate all! I promise you Sim Jaeyun—I will stay by your side. Forever.” she caressed his cheek with a bright smile.

Both of them woke up and take a morning shower together. Jaeyun really taking the word 'aftercare' seriously. He carried her with bridal style towards his kitchen and she ain't complaining.

Currently, Hyejin sat on top of the countertop while munching strawberry sandwiches, watching Jaeyun prepared for the breakfast. She was shocked looking at Jaeyun who seems really expert with kitchen utensils.

Hyejin rested her chin on top of her palm, with her little smile when she noticed a few mistakes he had done. She didn't mind at all if their breakfast doesn't look good—it's the efforts that matters.

She chuckled, “Jaeyun,” he turned around with a confused expression but still went closer to her.

“Do not stress yourself, baby. Here, eat this first you can't let your stomach always empty.” she rubbed his soft blonde hair meanwhile the other hands feed him the strawberry sandwich.

“Delicious,” he hummed “do you remember? It's your favourite strawberry jam. I always bought the same brand because you love it so much!”

Hyejin can't help but pecking both of Jaeyun's cheeks. She never lie when she said Jaeyun is pretty good with his own words. It literally directly goes into her heart, that easy.

Jaeyun continue making their breakfast and served it for Hyejin. After breakfast, Jaeyun suggest that they should watching movie and she can't say no. They cuddled while the movie is playing.

Their hands interwines, few kisses were landed on each other's face, skin brushed softly causing Jaeyun sometimes pulled her closer and kissed her for a little bit longer. Screw the movie, they don't care.

“Ms Park, you're a criminal! You stole my heart by only existing in my life. That's a sweet crime, darling.” he muttered between the kiss causing Hyejin laughed sheepishly.

“It's not my fault that you fall for my charms everyday, Mr Sim. I'm not the only one who supposed to get the blame.” she giggled noticing Jaeyun's pouted lips.

Both of them continue to stare into each other's eyes. Hyejin has been noticed something on Jaeyun and she decided to say this now. Same goes with Jaeyun, he also already think about it since the misunderstanding happened.

“Baby—”

“Sweet girl—”

They laughed until they noses touched. Jaeyun pulled her body closer and now Hyejin was straddled on his lap “say it,” he command.

“Have you ever thought of changing your hair colour? Don't get me wrong! You look handsome with blonde hair but I'm more prefer you with dark or brunette hair colour.” and Jaeyun was taken back. He smiles brightly, “I think I will. Anything you love, darl.”

“Now, it's your turn!” she excitedly patted his shoulder, sign of an excitement. Jaeyun chuckled seeing that childish behavior from his girlfriend.

“I want you to resign. I will give you a better job than that. Would you love to?”
