"Shut up you're being ridiculous."

Minho said as he put his jacket on. Jisung and Minho were having another fight. Which wasn't that out of the ordinary anymore. Jisung just seemed to get angry at everything Minho did these days. Well that's how Minho saw it at least. He wasn't totally wrong. After all Jisung had gotten mad after Minho had; told him about a girl named Rebecca that he met Jisung had told him she sounds like a total bitch and he had refused to elaborate on what exactly made Rebecca sound like a total bitch, when Minho had told him about how beautifully Rebecca dressed up did her make up especially how perfect the color of her lipstick was (a pinkish red that she'd pair with lip gloss to have the perfect lips as Minho worded it) Jisung had given him a speech about how much girls that wear make up sucked, when Minho  joined a club to spend more time with Rebecca Jisung had given him a long speech on how your interest and wants shouldn't depend on another person, when Minho finally got her number Jisung had told him that Rebecca was obviously not interested in him if it took that long for her to give him her number and that he looked like a pathetic lover boy being this happy, when Minho went on his first date with the Rebecca Jisung had been angry at him for no reason as he could'nt find something to complain about this time. He just hadn't been able to figure out the very obvious pattern of what made Jisung mad at him. Right now Jisung was mad at him because he had planned a date with his girlfriend and hadn't told Jisung about it. Which was the biggest betrayal ever in his eyes.

"Oh I'm being ridiculous?"

"Yes, you are!"

Jisung knew he was, but he would never admit it.

"I am absolutely not! You can't just leave me alone when we had plans!"

"What plans? We didn't agree on doing anything tonight... did we?"

Minho's tone became less hostile, he was unsure. This was Jisung's chance, he could just lie and say that they did have plans and that Minho was an awful friend for forgetting. This would definitely make him cancel the date and stay with Jisung.

"Well... no but we usually spend dinner together..."

Minho scoffed, he fucking scoffed and Jisung wanted to punch himself in the face. Why would he say that? He should've just lied. Not like it would've hurt anyone... plus if he had lied, Minho would've been extra nice to him that night because he felt bad. But now he was angry with him.

"You're ridiculous."

He says before walking out the dorm and leaving Jisung to overthink everything.

Jisung plops down on the couch. trying to hold back his tears. No, he wasn't gonna cry over this... it was just a stupid fight Minho would forgive him easily... Minho always forgived him easily. They were best friends after all... always had been. Jisung still remembered the first time he saw Minho.

He was riding his bike through the neighbourhood. His legs were burning and he was sweating, he wanted to stop but he couldn't. His mom hat told him to be home before sunset, and now as the last bit of sun was peaking on the horizon all he could do was pedal as hard as he could with the hopes of a miracle. His legs worked even harder as he saw his home in the distance. He went faster and faster, wind swooshing around him. He was gonna make it, he was actually gonna make it.

The previously deemed impossible goal was now right there, just within reach. He was so close.

   He stopped.

Jisung stopped right in front of the neighbors house. The house was previously owned buy a cranky old man, Jisung had never liked him. He would always sit outside, on his porch reading a book. He'd always scream at Jisung whenever he'd be too loud playing. Which right now thinking back on it, Jisung could sympathise with the guy. He was just a man tired of life, wanting to live a moment of peace just to be disturbed by a kid. But little Jisung couldn't. He'd always cried to his mom about it.
