"I would never let you die." Is what he said. He lied.2/18/78

The DockI arose with a slight pain in my head. Who knows how long I've been down here, I could care less. It was my new life, new home. Away from that hell of a agency. It's been a few months since I've 'died'. And no sign of Zy. I grit my shark-like teeth slightly, swimming closer to the surface. I guess you could say I'm 'half-Seharkian'?
I peeped my head up over the water, looking for anything, or anyone, if they actually cared enough to visit this place.
But nobody was there. I narrowed my eyes slightly, they were now like a true Seharkians, that full blue glowing color with white snake-like slits for pupils. I've gotten used to my 'new body' and instincts by now. Not many people visit here anyways.Another Seharkian which mostly went out hunting with me followed me to the surface, it's name was 'Korovati' from what I've heard. They've accepted me as one of their own, and I've accepted myself as a half-Seharkian now. But then, if I do go on the surface—which I am completely capable of—, how would I hide the fact I am basically a Seharkian? My suit is torn so there goes that idea, my eyepiece, I have no clue where is, but maybe I can blend in? A little hunt for some people wouldn't hurt, right? Seharkians are known for their aggression towards people after all.
I quickly dove back under the water, the faint blue glow that I radiated kind of making me visible in the dark waters, but then again, most people don't visit this place. I swam a bit deeper, before quickly emerging from the water, gripping my claws(?) into the docks wooden bridge as tightly as possible, slowly but surely pulling myself out of the water and onto the dock.
I shook off as much water from my body off me as possible, my tail slowly swaying side to side. I looked around the dock for anything of value, but I didn't really find anything of interest. My teeth were still bared, like usual, I already went out hunting for some fish, so I didn't feel the need to hunt. The cold-ish breeze on my soaked, long hair got some hair in my face every now and then, which was kinda annoying.
I looked around again, rather than looking for anything of interest, more of if anyone was here or here recently. I picked up a small trial of some fragments of blood, near the waters shore. It wasn't fresh. I stared at the blood for a few moments, seeing if I could at least pick up a scent of a corpse or living being from the blood, like how normal Seharkians hunt on land, which they rarely do.
After a few moments, I heard a twig snap, as I stared at where the sound came from, eyes narrowed, teeth bared, ready to attack.
Nothing.
I scowled. That should've been someone! I knew I picked up some sort of scent! My thoughts wandered as I stared for quite a while, before heading back in the water, to gather some fish for my new,, home? Pack? Tribe? Whatever it was called.
