[On hold]Fairy tail: Vermillion's gang

Chapter 2

Tuesday 6:32 am at Lucy's apartment door

"Don't you think this is a bit too early to be doing anything?" Happy rubbed his eyes.

"Aye." Natsu yawned.

"Lucy could be in trouble and you're crying about the time?" Gray growled.

"Look at me," Natsu grabbed Gray by the collar. "...I'll live amongst the forsaken for eternity if I need to for her or anyone else in Vermillion's gang."

The ice mage and fire dragonslayer began to fight after that because Natsu touched him. After Happy, Wendy, and Carla repeatedly yelled at them to stop they finally did. The five walked in to find Erza coming out the shower in a towel.  Erza quickly requipped into her armor before greeting them. 

"There is no sign of Lucy returning. I've asked around town and checked her bathroom yet it hasn't been used in a while because every liquid is at the same level." Erza informed.

"I'll check over there." Wendy said.

"I'll help you." Carla added.

"Alright then Happy and I will check near her bed." Natsu was saying while putting his hands behind his head.

"Cool then Erza and I-" Gray started to say.

"Nope." Erza clarified while plopping down on Lucy's bed.

"Um cool?" Gray replied completely confused.

Eventually they practically destroyed her room still not finding any sign of her being there. They each sat on the floor in a circle watching their feet. Bickslow showed up at the door opening it then laughing.

"You guys look pathetic." Bickslow laughs. "Oh we found Lucy, come on." 

With that everyone got up to walk back to the guild. Natsu ran over to Lucy's side as she laid barely alive on a table full of scars and bruises. Natsu stopped breathing as he shook her body and nudged her.

"Get up...get up." He kept muttering.

"Another one of my children hurt-" Makarov yelled.

"Shut up Gramps!" Natsu hollered.

"Boy! We need to focus on protecting her and getting revenge for Max. Yes it is sad they're hurt but we can't let that defeat our spirits. Our comrades would want us to continue now then mourn later." Makarov said. "I took MiraJane's advice and got my wits."

"Oh is that my queue?" Guildarts came down from the upstairs floor asking. "Well from what we've gathered there is a lot of mini safe houses with one large headquarters located in center of our town."
