Create the matriarch, a young adult Sim, to start the 100 Baby Challenge. The matriarch doesn't need to be a female. It may have any gender customization as you please, as long as it can get pregnant. Once you've created the matriarch, you can move her into any lot it can afford using its available funds
> 5 kids with one man
>Youngest female is the next matriarch
> toddlers need to get all of their skills to level 3 or 5 before they can be aged up
> Children/Teen needs to get an A in school before they can be aged up
> Raise the 100th kid to a young adult before you beat the challenge
