The guy sitting in the desk in front of us turns around.
" hey I'd be careful talking to him don't want the fag to infect you."
God I hate bitches.
" mm ok I'll talk to who ever the fuck I want to ok?" Camden says back
God he's a bad ass to.
" damn some people have no respect do they?"
He says to me.
" i know right." I say looking down at the desk.
We sink into silence, listening to the teacher talk.
After about 5 minutes of quietness a wave of anxiety washes over me.
Sweaty hands.
Legs bouncing.
Shortness of breath.
It's like everyone is looking at you.
Yet no one cares at all.
I start picking at the skin around my nails.
It's a bad habit it have when I get nervous.
I pick them till they bleed.
" hey do you know where room 23 is?"
I came out of my trance by Camden speaking.
Realizing there are 10 minutes left of class.
I look over at him.
" oh yea I-umm here let me see your schedule."
He hands me the schedule.
I look at it
"Room 23 is mr. lopes for math I'm going that way so I'll show you."
I put my notebook in my bag as the bell rings.
All the students filled out if the room.
Camden right behind me.
I almost trip as I'm trying to get out the door.
But Camden puts his hand on my shoulder to steady me.
"Here this way." I point
We walk down the packed hallway
" here's your class, I'm right down the hall at art so if you need more direction just wait out here after class and I'll help."
" gosh thank you so much for helping me."
He says
" no problem" I say walking to go to class
I make it just before the bell goes off.
I sit at my seat as the teacher takes attendance
After they see who's absent they start introducing us to our next project.
And guess what.
It's a month long
A FUCKING MONTH LONG PROJECT IM SO EXCITED
The project is choosing someone and drawing them in 3 different art styles.
That's the hard part though I don't have like any friends.
