It's been a couple of weeks now. I've officially finished cleaning the house. The boys have finished taking care of the business and found a place to set up shop in Diagon Alley. I sat on the couch in a huff. I almost forgot about what my father told me. I walked back up the stairs and opened up their bedroom door. I stood in the doorway looking at the bare room. I stepped in and proceeded to push the bed to the side.

I could see which floorboard he meant. It was noticeably out of place. I sat down and pried it open. I set the board to the side. There was a chest. It was a big one. I moved a few more boards out of the way. I picked up the chest and set it on the floor next to me. It had a lock on it. I tried to spell it open but it wouldn't give.

'It requires blood from your bloodline to open.' My mother said in my head.

I ran downstairs and found something sharp to poke my finger with. I went back upstairs with a small bloody finger and smeared it on the lock. It opened. I put my finger back in my mouth to heal it. When I pulled it back out it was fully healed like I had never poked to make it bleed.

I removed the lock and slowly opened it. There were multiple pictures of my mom and dad. Family photos were also there. My mom's wand laid on top of it all.

It was beautiful. I picked it up and held it. I could feel the power radiating off of it. I had my hair up so I stuck it on my hair to make sure it was out of the way but still close to me. I went threw and he had left some of her clothes for me. Some dresses, and a cloak. At the bottom was a bag with something in it. I had all the clothes laid out on the bed. I opened the bag and saw the most beautiful wedding dress. I skimmed through the photos quickly and saw a picture of my parents and their wedding. It was Mom's wedding dress. It looked like it fit. I made sure the door was shut and locked in case Fred popped up. I quickly tried it on and it fit perfectly, almost like it was made for me.

Looks like I don't need to look for a dress. I quickly changed back and put it in the bag so Fred couldn't see it.

I put the floorboards and bed back but left everything out. I hung up the dresses and cloak. I needed to go buy a photo album to put all these pictures into. I also needed to get food while I was out since I've been staying here more as of late.
