Maverick, Goose, and Slider were well aware of how Ice wanted to be alone to take a nap. That doesn't mean that they couldn't torment him in any way. The three of them decided to torment Tom while he slept on the couch in Carole and Goose's house, since it was the only spot in the living room with the sun on it. The three of them had done this before, 'this' being placing as many ice cubes on him before he woke up.

As Slider placed the last ice cube onto Tom's face, he woke up. There was a moment of deadly silence as the three of them held their breath, waiting for Ice to figure out what has happened. He looks at all of the tiny ice cubes that have somehow managed to escape the fridge and melted ontop of him.

"You three better fucking run."

Maverick, Goose, and Slider immediately scatter away from Ice, going in every which way that they possibly could, sort of looking like stray cats that have been spooked, before all three rush out into the garage of Carole and Goose's house to find a hiding spot.

Ice did not get up from the couch to chase them, he did however get up to change into a sweater and shorts, and settled back onto the couch, picking up a book from the side table, The Name of The Rose. After some time while the three menaces are still hiding away in the garage, a four-year old Bradley settles on the couch next to Ice, holding a stuffed goose.

"You alright, Baby B?"

"Yea, why?"

"Just wondering why you chose the seat next to me, usually you go and find your Uncle Mav. Just surprised is all."

"You feel calm. And I wanna also feel that way, so I sit next to you. Is that okay?"

"It always is baby goose. Anytime you want to feel calm, you can come to me if you want. I don't mind."

"Thank you, Uncle Ice."

"You're very welcome."

Bradley leans against Ice's side, as Ice continues to read the book in his hands, with his feet propped up on the coffee table. Soon enough, Maverick, Slider, and Goose emerge from the garage into the dining room, peering around the pocket door arch, observing what is happening on the couch. In hushed tones, they start to talk.

"Carole's going to lecture him on putting feet on the coffee table." Goose starts off.

"Really? I've had mine on the table when Ice had his, and Carole told me to take them down. I swear, she has a soft spot for Ice."

"Well, you can't reach the table very well Mav."

"Oh you shut up Slider."

"For what? Stating the truth? No, I don't think I will."

"Guys?"

"What Goose?" Both Maverick and Slider exclaim quietly at the same time.

Goose points to where Ice has fallen asleep for the second time today on the couch, but now with a baby Bradley cuddled up into his side.

"Do ya think I should grab the camera?"

"Go grab it, quickly!"

"Yes, grab it!"

Goose then runs off to go find one of the many cameras in the garage, he immediately comes back and takes a polaroid of the scene in the living room, a bit far away so the flash doesn't wake Ice nor Bradley up. All three later in the day show the polaroid to Carole, who promptly sticks it to the fridge with a magnet, so that anyone who comes into the house will know that Tom Kazansky does indeed, have a soft side.
