2. Getting to know one another

"Well, Bill Cipher, what are you exactly?"i asked curiously. "Well, I'm an all-seeing dream demon. I make deals with beings, but of course, that always comes with a price. " Bill responded. His on eye seemed to smile evilly.

"Now that I told you what I am. What are you, and how exactly did you get here?" Bill asked. I stared at him for a while, trying to decide what to say. Remembering the goddess who gave me my power to bond and bring people together. Suddenly, I knew that Bill would be the first person I would need to bond.

"Well.... Are you going to answer me? I dont get all day, " Bill said. I laughed slightly, "Well, what I am is even unknown for me, Bill. But what I do know is that I'm here for a reason and i think that reason is to help you." He stared blankly at me for a while before he burst out laughing as if i told the most hilarious joke in the world. "To help me? IM AN ALL SEEING DEMON FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. Why would I need help from someone like you?"

To be honest, I felt offended. I mean, I know he's powerful, and I may be new at this type of thing, but there was no reason for him to laugh at me. I huffed and stared at him, unimpressed and slightly annoyed. "Look, you may be strong and powerful, but that doesn't mean you can do everything on your own. Don't let your stuck-up personality get in the way of what you do, " I told him. Bill glared at me, not liking what I said.

Before he said anything, i spoke. "Well, anyway, that's besides the point. I want to know more about you. Tell me how you ended up in such a dark void like this, " I asked him.

He glared at me for a while before he told a brief story of his life. About how he destroyed his home and how he had gone to gravity falls to take over the whole world only to be trapped with the very person that put him here in the end.

I smirked evilly. "I thought you were a powerful all-seeing demon. If you're so powerful, why did you get caught? " I laughed aloud. Bill glared at me, turning red, not liking my mocking comments. I sigh, looking at him, "I'm only here to make an offer and maybe even get to know you, Bill."

"An offer and what kind of offer will you be able to give me?" Bill grinded at me evilly, knowing all too well I was practically making a deal with him. "So, from what I've heard, you are trying to take over gravity falls and more. What if I was able to offer you a body that allows you to gain more information from the inside?" I told Bill, choosing my words carefully.

"And what type of body would allow me to do that?" Bill said, seeming to consider my offer. I smiled, "Well, a humans body of courcen." Bill glared at me. I already knew from his story he  told me he didn't like humans or as he calls them meatsacks.

"Now Bill, I know you don't like humans, but they can come to great advantages, especially when it comes to gathering intel," I stated bluntly. Bill was quiet for a will, and I grinned, knowing he would consider taking my offer.

I saw Bill sigh silently, finally giving in. I smiled, "Now as you do know, making deals come with consequences. And if you want to be human. I have three rules or consequences for you to follow."

"The first consequence is pretty easy. All you need to do is get along with me and get to know each other." I giggled slightly as I saw him huff in annoyance.

"The second thing you will have to need is a wheel and the third con -" "Wait, wait, hold on a sec. a wheel? Like the one humans use when their in those vehicles?" Bill asks, slightly confused

"No, Bill, not the ones you use for vehicle. I mean a summoning wheel. While you bracticly already have a summoning wheel, it will also be one of your weaknesses. You can't exactly expect me to let you wonder around undefeated." I said slightly, looking at Bill unimpressed.

"Anyways, as I was saying you, third consequences is the main reason you will be getting a human body. You will need a bond, a bond that connects you to a soul, " i said. "A soul bond you mean like a soulmate one where you have romantic feelings for someone!? Why would i need that. Im a demon i dont do feelings, " Bill stated angrily,

"Well, connecting souls is my main job. If you do not want a partner, you will not have a human body. There are no other exceptions you'll just have to deal with it, "I said, slightly irritated. "And plus you could probably learn something new about this human thing, whether you would like to accept it or not."

He stared at me for a while. I could tell he was really thinking about my offer. I sighed, "Is it a deal or not Bill. This may probably be the easiest way to find ways to take over the world." I saw bills eye curve as if he was grinning out stretching his hand to my awaiting one, "deal," said Bill.

I smirk as I saw our hands being ingulfed by a galaxy looking mist cloud, meaning that our deal was made. "Now that the deal was made, your human form should be building up. You won't be able to transform into it unless you are summoned and in gravity falls or something. Your human form will be able to accept any image that you make and will turn you into your chosen design. You won't be able to change it, so choose wisely."

Out of nowhere, i felt like I would faint and frown. "My time must be up," I thought to myself. Sighing, I looked at Bill saddly. "I was hoping to stay a little longer, but it seems my time is up, Bill. I hope i will be able to see you again soon."

After speaking suddenly everything went dark....
