My parents were fighting again. I could hear them from my room. I wanted to leave the house for a while and come back later to see if they'd stopped.

I opened my door and walked downstairs where I saw Ms. Hatchput cleaning the kitchen.

She's the only one that actually pays attention to me in this house and we get along pretty well.

"Miss Hatchput," I said walking up to her.

"Hello dear, is there something I can do for you?"

"I was just wondering......"

"About?"

"Why do they fight so much? Don't they love each other? I thought you're supposed to get along with the people you love."

"Oh, sweetie, I'm afraid sometimes it just isn't like that. Sometimes you think you love someone but you turn out to be wrong. Maybe they just realized what they thought was love was really just adortion or admiration."

"Have they always fought like this or did it start...... because of me?"

"Oh no, sweetie, they've fought like that since the wedding it has nothing to do with you."

"Are you sure? It seems that I might be the reason for most of the arguments."

"I promise, sweetie. It has nothing to do with you."

She turned around and wiped down the counters and table.

"Ms. Hatchput?"

"Yes sweetie?"

"Why am I like this? Why am I so different?"

"Because you were born special."

"But, I can hurt people. I don't........ want to hurt people. Why couldn't I be born like the normal kids?"

She came over and kneeled down in front of me.

"Sweetie, you were born this way for a reason. You were born to do something amazing. That my dear is why you're different."

She booped my nose and smiled, standing up and going back to cleaning.

I decided to head back to the academy and check on the others. (Mainly Klaus)

"Hello?" I called out.

"Y/N?" I heard someone call from upstairs.

They looked over the balcony. It was Allison. She came running down the staircase and engulfed me in a hug.

"Oh my God, are you ok?" She asked.

"I'm fine. Are you ok?"

"I'm ok, just......Luther won't talk to me."

"Oh.......I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault. It's not like you'd be able to help anyway." Allison said.

My face shifted to one of hurt.

"No, Y/N, I didn't-"

"Forget it." I said, going upstairs.

I wondered around the halls looking for the others.

I ended up finding Luther but decided to leave him alone. Him and Allison appeared to be the only one's home. I decided to call V and check on them but they didn't pick up the phone.
