I was so deep in my thoughts I didn't even know Shawn and the doctor were in the room. " How are you feeling Destiny?", I feel like complete shit. " I've been better" I said with a fake smile and the doctor chuckled while writing something down on his notepad. ( pad 😏 ) " Um..doctor when am I free to leave?", " You can leave tomorrow Destiny", he replied. I just smiled and nodded my head.

" Destiny can I talk to you?" Shawn asked nervously. " Well...I'll leave both of you alone then" the doctor says as he walks out. Shawn sat next to me and he started babbling like an idiot. " Woah ! Slow down there tiger" I laughed. He muttered a sorry, he took a deep breathe and started taking in a normal pace like a normal human being.

" Destiny... I'm very sorry about bullying you and doing all those mean shit to you. I'm very very sorry that I hurt you. I was stupid to do that cause your an amazing girl. I'll never let anyone hurt you. Ever. I miss being friends with you.....I'm so sorry. So will you forgive me?". I was so shocked when he apologized to me. I mean one of my bullies just apologized to me.

"Um..." I didn't know what to say. I mean it was true, I was quite close to Shawn when we were younger. Before Nash came to my school and well changed my whole life. I was a happy girl but look at me now... I miss the old me. I look up to Shawn and said words that I thought I'd never say. " I forgive you." He started smiling so big till I started smiling too. First time in 4 years I smiled a real smile. And it's all thanks to Shawn Mendes.

" Yo, Shawn!" I heard a very familiar voice yelling. And right at that moment Nash Grier and his other friends came through the door. " Nash? What are you doing here?" " Well, we wanted to have some fun with Destiny.". Shawn just asked him why. " Because you said you were stuck with that slut." they all smirked at me except Shawn. Why are they are always here, taunting me? I started to cry so I hid under the covers.

I heard laughter echoing my room when suddenly I heard Shawn said stop and before I knew it, I felt cold liquid all over my body. I got up from the covers to see Cameron holding an empty Pepsi can. I felt so sticky and I'm just fucking cold. I thought Shawn said he'll protect me. Guess I was wrong. Again. Of course he was lying. I'm so stupid. I tore out the needles attached from my arm and ran out the door. I could hear nurses, doctors calling my name asking me to stop. Then I heard Shawn's voice yelling stop. I ran faster than before.

I ran to my house and took a quick shower and changed into my new, not stained and sticky outfit. I wore a white tank top, a varsity jacket, leggings, my black converse shoes and my bracelets. I didn't bother about putting on make-up. I packed up all the clothes I have and all the money my dad and I had. I called a taxi to bring me to the airport. I'm going to L.A and I'm gonna stay at my aunt's house. I called her and told her what happened and she gladly asked me to stay with her. I'm finally going away. Getting away from them....
