It's been over a month now, Bill and I are still talking since we want to take things slow. Morgan and Tom have been dating and act like a married couple sometimes. I'm just happy Morgan finally found a genuine guy, or at least I think he is. I've noticed Bill being distant with Morgan. Usually, Bill and Morgan are like best friends hanging out sometimes and having "who can boogie board the best" competitions. Maybe Bill was having some mood swings? Do guys even have mood swings? I don't know. Tonight, I was planning a group dinner made by yours truly. I was watching a favorite Netflix show when Morgan came in and sat next to me. She let out a big sigh and I turned to her as I paused the show.

"What's wrong Morgan? Is something on your mind?" I ask as she slumps onto my chest.

"Today is now exactly one week since Bill has even acknowledged my existence! He acts like I don't exist anymore. I don't know what I did wrong!" She says sadly. I give her a big hug.

"I will ask Bill about it at dinner tonight okay?" I reassured her. She gave me a big hug.

"How about we go to the beach and go boogie boarding with Tom? Will that cheer you up?" I ask. As soon as she heard the words "boogie board" her eyes lit up and ran to put on her wetsuit. I walked into my room where I found Tom practicing his guitar. I leaned on the doorway and knocked. He looked up at me and put his guitar down on my bed.

"You need something, Kim?"

"Come boogie boarding with me and Morgan. Morgan's been upset about Bill ignoring her so, this is what's gonna make her happy."

"Okay, I'll go put on my wetsuit. I'm not sure why Bill has been acting the way he has."

"You haven't talked to him about it at all? Has he even mentioned why?"

"Nope, I was going to ask him at dinner. I'm guessing you had the same idea."

"Yeah I di-"

"You guys! Come on and get your wetsuits on! The waves are good right now!" Morgan interrupted me as she took off to the beach. Tom and I giggled and went to put on our wetsuits. I grabbed Tom and I's boogie boards and headed outside. Morgan was already in the water having a blast. Tom runs after Morgan and I quickly follow behind.

We were maybe out in the water boogie boarding for 2 hours before Morgan got destroyed by a massive wave. I don't think I've ever laughed as hard as I did when Tom tried to help her and then he got a major wipeout. We all headed inside. Bill found a job at some music store so when we walked in, he was also walking through the door. Morgan and Tom were already in the showers so I walked up to him with my hair dripping wet to give him a welcome home kiss.

"I would give you a hug but, someone's soaking wet from boogie boarding I'm assuming," Bill giggled to me.

"Once I get my dry clothes on I'll warm up dinner okay?"

"Okay my love, go get some dry clothes on, You seem cold," Bill said as I ran off to put my dry clothes on. I take off my wetsuit and lay it on the tub, then put on my dry clothes. I heard Morgan singing in the shower which made me laugh. I walk out to the kitchen and start heating the food I made earlier this morning.

"Something smells good! What did you make Kim?" Tom says as he gives me a fist bump and leans over my shoulder to see.

"I made some ravioli, salad, and garlic bread for us!" I said as I shoved his face away. Tom laughed as I pushed his face away.

"I'll set the table! I want first dibs!" Morgan said running towards the kitchen.

"No way! I want first dibs! Move out the way Morgan!" Tom said as he quickly ran to her. Then, Bill hugged me from behind.
