ARTICLE 1: NORTH-The province of Inner Mongolia will be ceded to the Liberal Republic of Mongolia.
-The provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning will be unified into the Republic of Manchuria, with its capital in Chonqingdao.
-The Uyghur Republic of East Turkestan will obtain its independence, having as its legitimate territory the province of Xinjiang and the western part of the province of Gansu and the northwestern part of the province of Qinghai, with its capital in Xinjiang.
ARTICLE 2: SOUTH
-The Buddhist Republic of Tibet will obtain its independence, having as its legitimate territory the province of Tibet, with its capital in Dalai.
-The Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau will be unified to create the Republic of the Pearl River, with its capital in Hong Kong.
-The provinces of Fujian and Guangdong will be granted to the Republic of China.
ARTICLE 3: THE REST
-The remaining territory will be unified to create the Free Republic of Tiananmen, with its capital in Shanghai.-
The People's Republic of China will cease to exist
.ARTICLE 4: DAMAGES-The Provisional Government of the People's Republic of China must pay all damages, with an amount of 10,000,000,000 yuan. Afterwards, they will receive political asylum in Moscow, Moscow Republic.
