..a baby whale was born...! "Mama" is my first word! My parents took good care of me! They fed me. They bathe me. And cared for me. Until one day. "Mama.. where is dada?.." i asked my mom which was wiping her tears.. "they took him.." she said and I didn't know what she meant. That's when I realized. Took him- Captured him. They captured dad. My eyes turned wide as I realized. looked at me seriously. Mama faced me and placed her hands on my shoulders "Your dad was captured." She said trying to hold her tears. I could see the hurt in her eyes as she said that. So it's true. A tear fell on my eye after hearing what she said. My dad was really captured. He was taken away. I started crying tears a little more. My mom hugged me as I cried tears. Ever since that day breakfast, lunch, and dinner would be quiet. I missed the jokes dad made. And I knew from mama's eyes she did too. She tried telling some jokes but it didn't end well. I would cry myself to sleep some nights and so did mama. I knew because of her baggy eyes. She looked tired. Sleepy. Mama tried finding some jobs to help us but it wasn't long until she was accepted. She started becoming more and more busy each day. At breakfast I asked her. "Mama. It's almost my birthday! Can we hang out?.. you've been very busy everyday and we didn't get to bond. I know dad is captu-" I stopped at that word when I saw the pain in Mama's eyes. "I'm sorry mama." I apologized but she didn't answer. And so she started not coming to dinner. Breakfast. Or lunch. She would tell me she's full. I felt alone and hurt. Ignored mostly. Today is my birthday! I was expecting a happy birthday but nobody not even my mom wished me one. I was sad and hurt once again. It continued on and on like this and each day I wanted to die. Till one day I was exploring the ocean, a human. The first one I've ever seen grabbed me. I felt my vision blurry and when I woke up I found myself in where humans call Aquarium.
