Natalie had been waiting for this moment ever since she got her memories back. They were like a nightmare that she wished had never happened... but sadly, they did.

Since a young age, Lucianne has been trained. All she did was train, she didn't have friends, freedom or a loving mother. Her mother's entourage always on her never leaving her alone.
She looked at Blair and James playing together. They looked so happy, lost in the bliss of childhood. Why couldn't that be her?
" Why are you staring out of the window for Lucianne? Don't you have training to do?" She only stared at her blankly, muttering a yes mother and walked out to the training grounds in the forest.
Suddenly, she was attacked by a deer, her deer Meadow she called him. He was a dark tan brown with lit circular spots on her back. She had placed a golden head crown on his head.
Ever since she saved Meadow when he was younger, it wouldn't leave her alone, so she had begged her mother to keep him. He was her responsibility, and if anything went wrong, Meadow would face the consequences.
" Not now, Meadow. I have to practice. Mother expects me to be perfect. I have to be perfect for her." She did after all owe her life to her. Her mother her made her to be perfect, but here she was a big mistake.
She called her horse Ollo, and she had named her after her uncle Apollo since he was the one who gifted her with it. Her coat was a mixture of grey and white. She was just so enchanting.
She hopped onto Ollo, her bow in her hand, and her arrows strapped on her back. " Hiya." With that sound, Ollo ran into the forest knowing where to turn to find the targets.
A target appeared she balanced herself and took an arrow and laced it between her fingers and the bow. She released it, missing the target completely. She muttered profanities under her breath she would have to hit the next one.
Another one was close, and she steadied herself, but Ollo seemed a bit slower than the last time she rode her. What was wrong?
She accidentally released the arrow and once again missed. Shit she had to focus now. If she missed anymore, she would be punished severely.
30 minutes had passed, and she hadn't hit a single target. She was a goner. Her mother had ordered the nymphs following her to bring her back. What had she done wrong? Why couldn't she hit any of the targets?
She was at her last target she closed her eyes. Hope had long left her, and now she aimed and fired. She peeked through her eyes and saw it had hit the bullseye. She would jump for joy, but the nymphs became impatient and dragged her horse along with her towards her mother.
" Should I be surprised, Lucianne? What could I expect from a failure like you. Pathetic, weak, and utterly useless. I sometimes question why I had made you. You were definitely a mistake." Lucianne hadn't realized that tears had been leaving her eyes.
Artemis indicated to her hunters, and they brought Ollo forward. Lucianne stared at her mother, realizing that she would be punished, but not directly. No, her mother properly thought it would be too easy.
Artemis walked up to her daughter, wiping her tears away with her thumb it almost seemed sweet, but her mother's eyes were empty. "What was your mistake? "
" I wasn't focused. " she replied, unsure if it was right. Her mother shook her head," No, think again." What was it, but then she looked at Ollo, and it finally clicked. Ollo was slow, but it seemed like it was getting worse. No, no, she would allow her mother to take away one of the few things that made her happy.
