51 : girlfriend

“Hyejin!”

She looks up and there's Sunhee giving her sign to wait for her. She holds the button so Sunhee could make into the elevator real quick. After she stepped inside, the door immediately closed.

“Thank you so much, Hyejin!” she thanked her, half panting.

“It's fine, I know waiting for elevator could take a very long times! How are you today?” she asked with a big smile and Sunhee just awkwardly laughed.

“I am good but something happened at the basement just now. I accidentally stepped on Mr Yang's leg and my coffee also spilled on top of his shirt! I apologize to him but seems like he's having a very bad mood today!” she explained with a little pouted.

Hyejin was surprised. She expected Sunhee will say something pleasant. Looking at her, Hyejin knows that she probably really guilty over what happened. And now, Jungwon is nowhere to be seen.

Jungwon never late for work. Sometimes, he's on time and the most earliest than other employees. That's why Jaeyun really like him and let him stay working here instead of his dad's company.

She went to Sunhee and patted her shoulder with a soft smile she said, “don't worry, I think he will understand!”

“I don't think he will. Oh, I'm so clumsy! He probably going to get punishment and that was because of me! I think I should apologize properly to him if I met him again today!” Sunhee added.

“Jungwon is not that type of person. He will forgive you, trust me.” she tried to confirmed Sunhee about Jungwon before they reached their level.

It's recess and Jaeyun was confused when he didn't see Jungwon their workplace. When he received a day off memo from Jungwon, he knows something had happened because Jungwon doesn't like skipping work.

Jaeyun look at Jungwon who multiple times fixing his hair and groaned when his hair look a little bit messy. Even his shirt has a stain of coffee. He raised one of his eyebrows due to the confusion on Jungwon.

He coughed, “is something bothering you?” and Jungwon clicked his tongue frustratedly, “I'm so stress! My mom, she wants me to get married so she could receive my grandfather's money!”

“She did what?!” Jaeyun almost choked on the air hearing that. Of course Jungwon will feel stress, he's still young and he needs to learn how to control his financial.

Jaeyun would say that, his mom is a jerk. How come a mother asked her own son to get married just for an amount of money? Jungwon just decided to buy an apartment but his mom's wishes is very selfish.

“What should I do? Should I faking my marriage? Should I ask a random girl to be my wife? Ew, no way! Some girls are crazy and they might have the same behavior just like my mom!” Jungwon nagging while messing his hair.

Jaeyun took a sip of the latte while thinking about the young boy problem. He never see Jungwon this stress not even when he has to do to so many office work. He never complaining or protesting.

“You don't need to get married because of you mom and you don't need to ask a random girl. I don't want you doing something crazy but I think you should finding at least a girlfriend at the moment.” he suggested and Jungwon look at him shocked.

Pointing to his face, “me, Yang Jungwon, having a girlfriend? No way!”

“Well, perhaps, you like men?” Jaeyun added and Jungwon facepalming, that wasn't what he's trying to say. Jaeyun chuckled by seeing the younger male reaction.

Both of them stay silent for awhile. Jungwon wanted to talk again but his words stopped when he saw Sunhee walking inside the cafe. He furrowed, he knows she never come to this cafe because of the expensive food and price.

His eyes watching her, making her way to the counter, ordering some foods and drinks. The cashier asked Sunhee a very common question, “it is for your boyfriend, ma'am?”

Awkwardly, she nodded with a smile, “urm, yes, for my boyfriend and please make it cute!”

Jungwon crossed his arms, leaned back onto the chair, still silently listening to their conversation. Sunhee is blushing. He's curious, so she has a boyfriend?

“Hyung,” he paused and Jaeyun hummed, “I think I need to leave after this. Do you need anything?”

Jaeyun put the cup on the table, “you're the first person who still asking if I need help even on your off day.” he chuckled, “just go, I've got something to do after work.”

Jungwon sighed of relief. At least, he got a lot of free time after this for his plan. Yes, he has a very crazy plan right now and Jaeyun doesn't need to know about it.

Working time end faster than everyone thought. Sunhee sighed while holding the already cold berry smoothie and chocolate creampuffs. She bought it as an apology for Jungwon but the receptionist said he's on off day.

“I guess it's all mine.” she stepped out from her room and bumped into Hyejin. She smiled at Hyejin and asked, “going for a date with Mr Jake?”

“I think so, he told me to get a ride with him. Oh, isn't that the food you bought during lunchtime?” Hyejin asked but Sunhee pouted, “Mr Yang is on his off day and I bought this for him. I guess, maybe tomorrow?”

“Don't worry to much. He will forgive you!” Hyejin replied happily and that makes Sunhee smile.

After Hyejin left with Jaeyun, she went to her car and decided to go back home when her car turned left she saw a familiar cold face. It's Jungwon, leaned back on the wall with his crossed arms.

Sunhee hit on her brake while shouting loudly. She almost got a heart attack by Jungwon. He went to her car and knocked on her car's window with pointing at the car's doorknob.

Understand his sign, Sunhee unlock her car's door and let him get inside her car.

“Are you busy?”

“Hmm, no?”

“Good. Let's have a talk.”
