Theory no. 1

Vampire Cookie is not an alcoholic, he's just light-headed, or... just sleepy all the time?

So, the reason why I think this is pretty much stupid but if you think about it it kinda makes sense.

Take Hollyberry Cookie for comparison, what does she has in common with Vamp? They both like berry juice of course! And they also drink a lot of it.

But, what is different about each one of them is that Hollyberry Cookie drinks all of her beloved berry juice in huge amounts at once, well, at least, in most cases. She always drinks for an occasion, for example during balls and festivals, which we know from the story (for example from epizodes 11, 12 and Cookie Odyssey) that in Hollyberry kingdom happen almost every day.

On the other hand Vampire Cookie drinks small, tiny sips now and then throughout the day. Most of the time he isn't even drinking, he's just holding his goblet full of berry juice and makes small waves with it while walking around the kingdom.

With that being said, how much do you think Vamp refills his wine glass. In my opinion, max. 6 times a day (according to google that's a little bit over one bottle). While Hollyberry cookie, can probably jug an entire 6 BOTTLES of berry juice on her own, considering that she brought a few bottles while visiting Pure vanilla cookie, and called it a small amount (cookie odyssey chapter 1.)

Since Hollyberry probably got used to this amount of berry juice, why couldn't Vamp do so? Well, this is where my theory comes in.

Notice how Vamp always has the attitude of "nooo, I'm too lazy for everything!", I'll even put some quotes here for you:

What I think is happening to him is that he's just really, really lazy. Berry juice adds to it, of course, but even irl studies show that the more you actually sleep, the more tired you can actually feel.
