As the end of winter approaches, you may find yourself alone at night, feeling isolated and abandoned in an empty bed as the night grows darker. Eerie shadows dancing across the wall. The crying wind is hitting your window. The siren of an ambulance in the distance. And there's no one there to convince you that you didn't hear those bullets. there is no one. There is no one there.
But do not be afraid. He waits for you.
Wait for the moon to hide, perhaps behind a gathering of clouds. Midnight is the best time to do this. When you leave your bed, simply close your eyes and hold your breathing. You can open your eyes as soon as you leave your bedroom. Get ready, if you want, because you will be leaving your house soon. Do not take anything with you except what you can fit in your pocket. Then, get out of town. Drive as far away from civilization as possible. Eventually, the wind will calm down. Then there will be dense fog at some distance from the road. As you get closer to it you will hear nothing but silence.
Let it consume you and your vehicle. This will not cause any harm to you. I promise.
Don't be afraid. He waits for you.The fog will clear. You will see a dimly lit motel, lonely and isolated at night. Just like you. As soon as you go inside, notice that there is no one else there. The only sign of human habitation would be a small key at the front desk. Take these keys. Wander the corridors until you find the right room. You'll soon know exactly where it is. But you will not know why this is so. Use your key to enter this room. Walk inside, and lie down on the bed.
It doesn't get more comfortable than your home bed. There is nothing but pure silence for miles. Death hangs in the air around you. And it's very cold. You are still alone and scared. but never mind. He is also scared. And it's very cold. So cool that you hold the pillow close to your body, bury your face in its softness and embrace it. Pretend it's the lover you want; You won't feel any safer. But will you feel more heat?
Open your arms, hold your head up! The warmth...is his arms. Two twisted, mutilated arms, exploring your body. there he is. And he is scared too. You can see it in his dark, round eyes, which rest on your face and twinkle with an other-dimensional light. Light shines in specks from beneath his dry skin, making him glow from within. There are bruises on his mutilated neck, as well as finger-wide deep scars. As if someone had tried to strangle him.
He sighs, and caresses your face gently. The skin on his hands starts to peel off on you, and you want to clean it. But you are stunned, completely stunned by this strange creature who is completely fascinated by you.
At least you are not alone now.
Then you muster enough willpower to grab his hands and gently lift him off of you and toward you. You can see him better. His legs are worryingly misshapen, broken in several places, and healed in a way that looks as if they had never been healed. And he won't stop staring at you. Small, shining tears are dripping from her eyes. He trembles and trembles, trying to form words with his gaping mouth. You can't tell exactly what he's trying to tell you. Anyway, it doesn't matter at the moment. He will want to touch, hold, and comfort you. Whatever pain you have felt from loneliness, whatever sadness you have felt in your entire life, he feels it.
His tears fall on you, and he lies down in surrender. He will let you do whatever you want with him. He knows that no matter what you do, it won't hurt him as much as it has hurt others. This would never hurt him as much as the loneliness he felt in this motel.
As soon as you look at his glowing eyes, you may suddenly feel the urge to mutilate him, and punish him for living the way he does. But please, be kind. After all, he loves you.
Spend the night with him. He'll let you do anything, and he won't be able to speak. But keep in mind that you should leave the room before sunrise. He will do everything possible to stop you from leaving. He will hold you, cry and yell at you. Tears will continue to flow from his glazed eyes, making his skin even worse. But it doesn't matter how much you feel sorry for him, go away! Resist him, and go away! If you don't do this, you will be trapped forever, and doomed to live the same existence that he does. Don't let him chase you. Simply close the door behind you and lock it.
you are alone again
The next thing you know, you'll be waking up in your bed at home shortly after the sun has risen. The events of last night will seem to you as if it was no dream at all. Everything in your house is where you last left it. Your car, your clothes, everything. Then, if you're lucky, something incredible will happen. In a few days you may meet someone new. This person has everything you want, and it seems like they were made for you. In no time both of you will fall in love. You'll almost forget the ghost in the motel, and you'll forget those glowing eyes staring back at you. What will matter is that you will love this amazing new person and they will love you.
But once they start living with you, things will get increasingly stranger. As you lie in bed together, you hear a light scratching at the door and a very familiar scream. But don't worry, your partner will save you from worrying too much about this. The next night, the crying may turn into screaming. The itching will become more intense. And only you can hear it. No matter how hard you try to explain what you heard to your partner, they will only tell you to go to sleep.
And one night, you will notice that the noise has disappeared. The nights will be peaceful again, and it will be just you and your partner. But from then on, you will constantly look into your lover's eyes. You will see a new sparkle in their eyes, sparkling with light from another dimension...
Don't be afraid. He has waited for you for a very long time.
