  I don't think... I'm a girl. I was born with female parts like my sister, but I just never felt the part. I never liked dresses, or makeup...

  And yet here I am, dolled up for my boyfriends "big surprise". He knew I hated dresses, yet I'm here I am... Wearing a short, very short, black sleeveless dress.

  I stood, sitting and waiting for my glitch boyfriend to show up. The green hedgehog, the glitch of Sonic... Ashura. I don't know why I started dating him. Or why I haven't broken up with him yet. I just don't want to be abandoned I guess...

  After an half hour later, he finally showed. He looked the same as always and I was all dolled up for nothing. He sat down and started talking.

  "I'm finally going to do something I should have done a long time ago." Ashura said, being all happy-like. "I'm going to beat Sonic and take his place!" I blinked at him.

  Had this man listen to a single thing I said over the last two months about my new friends, Sonic and his crew? Is this man that dumb?

   "No, I won't let you do that Ashura! He's my friend!"

  "Since when?!"
 
  "FOR TWO MONTHS! I'VE TOLD ABOUT MY NEW FRIENDS!!" I stood up, slamming my hands on the table in front of me. "ARE THAT MUCH OF A STUPID DUMBASS?!"

  Ashura stared at me, and started speaking. "Shadeyside, wouldn't you want me to be happy? I want more than-"

  "YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU!!! ITS ALWAYS ABOUT YOU, ASHURA!! WHAT ABOUT WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY?! WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BE CALLED SHADYSIDE!! SONIC AND HIS CREW CALL ME SHADE! I LIKE BEING CALLED SHADE, I'VE ASKED YOU TO CALL ME SHADE!! SONIC'S EVEN EXPLAINING TO ME THAT I MIGHT BE TRANSGENDERED!!! I'VE TOLD YOU ALL THIS!!!"

  "Shadeyside I-"

  "No. I'm done! I'm moving in with Amy, goodbye Ashura." And I walked off.
