Just One Trip, Just One Direction

Chapter 2:

Morgan's POV:

I woke up in a bed that I've never been in before! So, one, someone kidnaped me or two, we got to the beach house late and don't remember anything! I'm going to guess the second one!!

I smell something really good and so I know it's not Kennedy cooking! Last time she cooked, we ended up going out. Cause she tried to make baked mac 'n' cheese, well she left it in the oven to long and then caught the stove on fire and poured water over it, so that made it worse, by the time Ruthie got to Kennedy's house after track we all just decided to go to McDonald's!

I walk down stairs in the same clothes I wore yesterday, a volleyball tee, grey sweats, and lets not even talk about my hair! I go in the kitchen to see Finn making bacon, eggs, and pancakes! Yum!

"That looks so good Finn!" I tell him cause it does look good!

"Oh, I know I do! I look good all the time!" Oh my gosh I was talking about the food! He is cute, but more in a best friend, brother sorta way!

"I was talking about the food, cause it looks way better than you do!"

"Okay sure. We all know that you like me Morgan, we've known for a long time now! It's okay you don't have to hide your feelings anymore!"

"Whatever! Just give me my food!"

With that he hands me a plate of bacon and eggs in a smileys face form, and then sets another plate with a stack of pancakes beside me!

Kennedy sets besides me and Finn gives her food, but hers has a sad face instead of a happy face! "Umm Finn, why do I have a sad face and not a happy face like Morgan?" Kennedy asks. "Because you slapped me last night when I was getting you out of the car!" Finn says pointing to the red mark on his face! I burst out laughing, chocking on my pancakes! Oh I can't breath! Kennedy puts her hand up to Finn's face and her hand fits perfectly on the mark! "Oh, sorry" is all she says and starts eating!

Hannah walks in and grabs a plate of food. She looks good her hair is straight, she is in her blue tank with grey shorts and her blue Toms.

"Where are you going on this fine morning?" Finn ask

"I was going to go to the mall with Mercedes, but she's not up yet." As soon as she said that Mercedes walks in, her hair is everywhere, she is in a shirt that's twice the size of her, drool stains are all over face, and she has no pants on! "Oh my gosh! Hannah I will be ready in ten minutes!" She says and runs out of the kitchen. We all burst out laughing!

30 seconds later Ruthie walks in through the back door in the kitchen. She's wearing navy blue running shorts, a cross country cut off, and her hair is in a pony tail. She must have got up early and went running, gosh I don't know how she does it!

"How far did you run?" Hannah ask

"Umm about 8 miles, not too far" she says. Kennedy spits out her oj and says "Not too far! 8 miles, I can barely run a mile!!"

"Sorry!" She says and sits in front of me.

"You know running a mile on the beach is actually running 2 miles, cause the sand moves under you and stuff like that," Finn say while sitting down "so you actually ran 16 miles!" Ruthie hits him and says "You're not making it sound any better!"

"But 16 miles is better than 8! How is that not and better?!"

"Because, never mind, just forget it!" Ruthie says

Mercedes walked in and sat down by Ruthie. She wore her jean shorts, which are super short, a baggy pink tank with grey Toms, and her hair is up in a cute pony tail. I got up and put my plate in the sink.

"So since Hannah and Mercedes are going to the mall, what do you guys want to do?" I ask

"We can go to the beach?" Kennedy suggested.

"That's fine with me!" I say

"Alright, let's go change and get our stuff." Finn says!

Kennedy and I go upstairs while Finn and Ruthie straighten up the kitchen! Hannah and Mercedes are now gone! Lets hope this vacation is fun! I walk in my room and pull out my turquoise bikini and matching flip flops! After I change, I go down into the living room and wait.

I wonder where One Direction is right now? Probably in Australia, because they really like it there! I wonder if they posted any pictures? I pull out my phone and get on Instagram. Yeah I know I follow them and I'm like 18, life of a Directioner! Well Harry did post a picture of the beach, but that's it!

Kennedy, Finn, and Ruthie came down. Finn has on grey Hollister shorts, Kennedy had a red bikini on, and Ruthie had a purple bikini on. We walked out the back door that leads to the beach. We set down our stuff, and Ruthie and Finn go out to the ocean and play in the waves. One day they are going to get married! Kennedy and I just lay out. There is nobody around, I mean nobody at all! It's very nice and peaceful! I get out my iPhone dock and turn on some 1D! This is nice!

Mercedes POV:

We get to the mall, it was like a 10 minute walk. We go into Abercrombie and buy a couple of cute tanks! Then we hit some more stores on the first level before heading up. As we get on the escalator Hannah trips and falls flat on her face!! I just die laughing!! There are some people pointing and laughing at her, and then some elderly people giving us weird looks, like we belong in nut house or something!

"That was so embarrassing!" Hannah says as we get off the escalator. I'm still laughing! "It wasn't that funny you know!"

"Sorry, but that face you made was so funny!! You looked like you were on a roller coaster and weren't expecting that sudden drop!! Like that one time you fell off the swings at fair!!" I said laughing!

"Well that's because I wasn't expecting that sudden drop!!" Hannah says.

After about 2 more hours of shopping we decide to head home! I wish we had a car, because I'm like caring a hundred bags! Not really I'm only caring four!

"Hey mom, look its that the clumsy girl that fell on the escalator!" A little boy said pointing at Hannah while walking past us as we go out of the mall! I just started laughing! Hannah looked like she was going to kill that little boy!

"That was very rude for that kid to say!" Hannah says and then looks at me, I stop laughing and it's quiet the rest of the way home.

Hannah's POV:

We get home and find that Ruthie is making dinner, Finn is reading, and Morgan and Kennedy watching t.v. "Hey, we're back!" I announced while going in the kitchen. "Hey guys you'll never believe what happened today at the mall!" Mercedes shouted. "What happened?!" Morgan said as her and Kennedy entered the kitchen. "Well we were getting on the escalator and Hannah tripped and fell on her face! And then we were coming out of the mall and this little boy said 'Hey mom, look its that the clumsy girl that fell on the escalator' and the mom didn't even say anything about it!" She says and they all start laughing!

"Its like the time you fell off the swings at fair!!" Kennedy says making everyone laugh harder!? I mean it is really funny, but it's embarrassing!

After about 20 minute they all start to calm down and we sit down to eat. It really good! Ruthie made a steak stir fry and sweet tea to drink. And then for dessert she bought Krispy Kreme donuts, which doesn't surprise us because Ruthie is like in love with donuts, she eat a dozen every Saturday after a race!

"Well guys I'm off to bed!" Kennedy says. She could never stay up late, at sleepovers she was alway the first one asleep.

"Me too!" Morgan said and sets her plate in the sink.

"Hey Hannah you go to bed too. You look tired. Finn and I can clean up." Ruthie says

"And when she says Finn and I, she means Finn is going to clean up and I am going to stand around talking!" Finn says taking a bite of his donut.

"Thanks guys." I tell them and head upstairs to bed.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!
