"I'd a little shocked too if a member of the family suddenly died" Rorsch said while handing her a cup of coffee and sakuma looked at him curiously
"Why did you ever quit your job you were good at being a server at the restaurant" sakuma said making Rorsch scoff
"I've been told that I'm exceptionally talented but I think this suits me better" Rorsch said sipping his coffee making sakuma smirk
"Oh Rory you certainly have an odd sentiment don't you" sakuma said amused "you have no idea" Rorsch said sipping his coffee
Later that night...
Shido was looking at the corpse of a dead dog in a neighborhood "the fifth dog in one week" Yayoi said as shido went to take a look at it
Shido didn't notice two figures approaching "that's just cruel" a voice sounded behind shido as he turned around to see sakuma holding an umbrella over his head
"Why you like dogs?" Yayoi said "not in particular but my older brother would think of this as a personal matter" sakuma said glancing behind her to see Rorsch glaring at the corpse of the dog
"You seem to care little for dogs..." Yayoi said "I'm more attuned to foxes than dogs" sakuma said "that's what you are a sly fox looking for mischief" Rorsch said
"Watch it" sakuma said in a warning tone while Rorsch rolled his eyes "would you like to join in the investigation" shido said with interest
"In my best interest as much as I would love to take up your offer I'm going to have to decline I have errands to run" sakuma said but then turned back to face shido
"But I'm sure my older brother Rorsch wouldn't mind joining your little investigation" sakuma said as she turned away from them and walked away
"So your her older brother?" Shido said curiously "adopted older brother me and sakuma are not blood related but I treat her like a sibling" Rorsch said
"So just what exactly are you?" Shido said "what do you somehow find me as a threat vampire" Rorsch said making shido freeze
"I'm a werewolf I don't really prejudice against anything but the sight sight of seeing a dead animal on the ground hits a deep spot with me" Rorsch said
"I can understand that" shido said as Rorsch turned to face him "as of now I'm joining the investigation you don't mind do you" Rorsch said
"Not at all in fact it would be good for the case" shido said Rorsch followed shido and Yayoi as they continued to investigate the incidents

Sakuma was visiting the nougami mansion to see her family...

I sipped on my coffee as I looked at my grandmother Naomi "I'm surprised you called me here so suddenly in this type of weather you know I loathe the rainy weather" I said
"I'm aware of that but I'm sure you'll learn to deal with it" she said as I sighed "grandmother just get to the point why did you call me back here when I could be on a case right now" I said unamused
"Well it seems like your sister Rui took an airship with your aunt violet to see if she could match her together with anyone" grandmother said
"Yeah I totally see that happening, that definitely sounds like something Rui would do" I said sweatdropping 'what trouble did she get into now' I thought to myself

"Speaking of which" Naomi said as sakuma sipped her coffee "did you happen to find your soulmate the other day" Naomi was
Sakuma choked on her coffee and started coughing "don't be...ridiculous...I may have met him but we're not exactly close so to speak" sakuma said
"I beg to differ at some point in time you'll be closer than close" Naomi said "Stop with your nonsense...I'm leaving now so please call when I'm not entirely busy" sakuma said standing up to leave

At night...

Fire appeared around the night breed and it screeched in pain as it disintegrated "you already Yayoi" sakuma said
"I'm fine...but shido" Yayoi said "not even going to bother asking if I'm ok" Rorsch said annoyed "oh quit your belly aching you look fine" sakuma said as she walks towards shido
Sakuma cut her hand and put it to Shido's lips so he could drink her blood Shido's eyebrows twitch at the taste 'what's this taste...it's so addicting' shido thought to himself as he woke up
"You awake now" sakuma said as she pulled her hand away from his lips "sakuma when did you..." "just now" sakuma said cutting shido off
"But at the moment I suggest you get plenty of well deserved rest" sakuma said as she layed his head in her lap making him sleep peacefully
