Shido was still resting in sakuma's apartment as she stood near the window smoking a cigarette with her eyes closed

"So how long do you intend to hide in the shadow's" sakuma said as Cain appeared behind her, and grabbing her by the waist

"My dear you should remember I said I wouldn't die easily" Cain said smirking as he puts his lips to her neck "I thought you hated humans" sakuma said as she pulled out her cigarette from her mouth  blowing out the smoke

"I do...but you my dear are not human you have goddess blood and it's addictive to taste" Cain said sakuma burned Cain with her cigarette

"What makes you think I'll allow you to suck blood from my neck" sakuma said "oh so you'll let me suck elsewhere" Cain said

"Go die pervert" sakuma said an annoyed look on her face "why would I ever let such high quality blood escape from me" Cain said smirking

"I have no plans on letting you do what you want so leave before I really burn you to a crisp" sakuma said then was cut off by Cain's lips on her's

Sakuma smacked his face "I didn't give you permission to kiss me...don't think I'm being merciful just because your standing here your being kept alive for other reasons and you will not do anything rash" sakuma said darkly

"Very well then I will leave" Cain said as he disappeared from sight making sakuma sigh in annoyance shido woke up from passing out

"You awake now" sakuma said lighting another cigarette "yeah...where am I" shido said "you are currently residing in my apartment" sakuma said

"Oh...sorry for intruding" shido said as sakuma blew smoke out of her cigarette "not at all I don't mind lending my bed to a patient" sakuma said amused

"So then you brought me here to take care of me...why do I feel so energetic" shido said "I fed you some of my blood to recover your strength" sakuma said

"What why would you willingly give me your blood...why would you take that risk just for..." shido was cut off when when sakuma grabbed his shirt

She pulled his shirt making him bend down a little bit "you talk too much" sakuma said as she pressed her lips against his

Shido's eyes widened but he didn't seem to hate it so he closed his eyes and leaned into the kiss wrapping an arm around her waist and cupping her cheek while kissing her

He pulled away "are you saying that you did all that because I'm your fated mate" shido said "damn your slow but yes that's the main reason why" sakuma said

"Why would you do that though I'm a vampire" shido said softly "and I'm a goddess what's your point" sakuma said as if it was no big deal

"Well aren't you at all afraid of me" shido said "please I have relatives who are vampires and they don't scare me one bit" sakuma said

"Then why..." sakuma rolled her eyes and kissed him again then pulled away "you really don't know it's my privilege to take care of you I'm doing on my own volition" sakuma said

"You...you really are something aren't you" shido said "you just noticed that now" sakuma remarked with an amused smile

"Why does your blood smell like that" shido said trying to control the urge to sink his fangs into her neck as sakuma put out her cigarette on an ash tray

Sakuma started to unbutton 3 buttons on her shirt making shido gulp "should you really be tempting me to drink your blood

"I really don't care whether you drink my blood or not but I won't let you starve I want just one exception...I'm the only one you drink blood from" sakuma said showing her neck

Shido grabbed her wrists and pinned her to the wall "do you know what your saying letting a vampire drink your blood you act like you don't care" shido said angrily trying to tell her how worried he was for her

"Shido...I'm well aware of the fact that some vampires are possessive and dangerous but you...." sakuma said touching his cheek making him flinch slightly

"You are not one of them inside you are a gentle and kind soul with a want for love and prosperity" sakuma said this made shido cry and leaned his head on her shoulder

Sakuma ran a hand through his hair and shido hugged her he put a hand on her waist and a hand gently holding her neck

"Thank you" shido said softly and slowly sunk his fangs in the nape of her neck drinking her blood sakuma gently tugs at his hair as shido drank her blood

Shido pulled away from her neck licking the blood off his lips "how did I ever find an angel like you" shido said gently

"You just got lucky that's all" sakuma said as she wrapped her arms around his neck "really so I got lucky to run onto you sounds like a good thing" shido said lovingly

"Something like that" sakuma said as they both leaned in and kissed again shido deepened the kiss as he held the back of her neck

Shido pulled away from the kiss slightly "your lips appear to be much more addicting than your blood" shido said "is that so then would you like to taste it again" sakuma said slyly

"You sly vixen" shido said as he placed his lips back on her's and carried her into sakuma's bedroom kissing and sucking on her lips

Shido couldn't stop kissing sakuma's pale pink lips it was such a rush for him it was like a drug he would never give her up

Shido puts his hand entwined with sakuma's "are you sure you want this" shido asked "yes" sakuma said as they kissed again and slowly took off their clothes
