Sin sat in the driver's seat of one of the cars. With one of his men next to him "What was she like?" He asked again, his voice quiet in the morning fog "I told you... kind" I shrugged "No. I mean... I don't know what I mean. I just miss her" he said
"Can I even miss her?" He chuckled sadly I sighed "She was bossy. In a good way. She'd complain about my room being a mess. She'd pick me up from school, most Fridays we'd go and get ice cream. Just us" I smiled to myself at the thought
"What did you find the other night?" He asked "What?" I asked, he knew where I went? "You left, looking for answers about mum, what did you find?" He asked I glanced over at Sin's car, wondering which one of them fucking talked
I debated whether or not to even tell him "I have a lead, that's all so far" I said vaguely I didn't need him getting involved He was weak. And once I'd killed whoever this prick was, I was booking the first plane out of here
