Setting: College Carnival

Jaemin's POV:

I am downstairs nervously waiting for Y/N to join me before we attend our college's Annual Carnival. Very nervous because I don't want the guys to spot my outfit and make fun of me for the rest of the semester.

The theme this year just happens to be Disney and while I don't have a problem with that, my character sure will attract me some bad rep.

Y/N insisted that we dress up on this and I just couldn't break her heart seeing how it was her all time favorite film.

You guessed it. I'm dressed up as Judy Hopps from Zootopia. She said since my representative animal is a bunny it would suit me and she'd be Nick Wilde, since he is a fox and so is her representative animal.

While there is exactly nothing wrong with my outfit, which happens to be a police costume with a bunny tail and a pair of bunny ears. There is something definitely wrong with the character.

I didn't think so at first, until I told the boys and they rolled over laughing for the entire week before the Carnival.

Y/N practically runs over to me when she spots me and into my arms.

"You're late." I scold her, despite me being the late comer in most of our dates.

"I couldn't find my fox ears. And you-" Y/N bursts out laughing once she takes a good look at me.

I frown at her, sulking and waiting for her to finish.

"Now you're laughing at me too?"

"No I'm not." She wipes the tears forming in her eyes. "It's just that, you're wearing this permanent frown on your face and it's not helping your character at all." She says after collecting herself.

I don't budge, not believing her at all. Y/N then pulls my cheeks. "Nana? Are you in there?"

"No. Nana is not here." I pout at her.

"Fine then," Y/N leaves my cheeks instantly. "I guess I'll go ride the ferris wheel with Jeno instead."

She runs away from me a into the road, in the direction of the carnival. Trailing after her, I catch up quickly before hoisting her up on my shoulders.

"We'll see about that Y/N Wilde, because officer Jaemin Hopps doesn't condone cheaters." I say, officially entering the carnival.

Y/N's POV:

I punch Jaemin's back once I realize that we're exactly at the carnival. He's been acting sulky ever since I met him today, but I don't blame him. I did make fun of him first.

He gently sets me down on the ground before firmly holding my hand so that I don't run away again. Even though I won't, because I want to spend this day with him as much as he does.

Jaemin and I are the stereotypical campus couple you'd find at each institution. Always together, except for when it's class time. We're always picking each other up. Even for study dates and regular ones.

We met at freshman year at a coffee shop right before our campus and immediately hit it off from then. It was easy, especially since we already had mutual friends from each our majors.

Ever since then, we haven't left each other's side and now we're in our junior year. Jaemin is a computer science major while I'm majoring in Business Management.

"What?" Jaemin frowns at me when he notices me staring at him so lovingly.

"I'm just staring at my attractive boyfriend." I shamelessly say, causing him to blush down at me.

"Not here Y/N. Atleast don't make me feel things at a Carnival and that too in public." Jaemin accuses me completely misunderstanding the situation.

"Yah!" I hit his chest. "It's not my fault you're dirty minded."
