Shaggy's sitting at his desk reading through some documents he slams his coffee mug on the desk which catches Scooby's attention
"Rike what's wrong Raggy?" Scooby asks
"like I don't know Scoob I haven't paid my taxes in a year so now I'm being investigated by the IRS for tax fraud" Shaggy frantically answers
"RAX RAUD" Scoob shouts
then Hank Schrader from breaking bad busts through the door
"oi it's me Hank from breaking bad and I'm gonna kill ya for tax fraud"
with a few shots from Hanks comically large revolver both Scooby and Shaggy are dead and uh the end I guess
