The Gotham empire building was located in Founders Island as someone was standing on the gargoyle as he was surveying the city.

His name is Alex Crowe Ambrose. For the last eleven years, he has been protecting this city as a vigilante known as the batman. He continued looking at the city as lightning began to flash in the sky and rain continued to pour heavily.
Alex continued surveying the city until he noticed something in the sky as he saw what it was.
