Solange was in the middle of getting ready for bed when she got a text from Michelle. The text consisted of a brief explanation of what had happened between Beyoncé and Kelly and ended with a request. Seemingly Michelle had her hands full with Kelly; she was busy giving the woman comfort and advice after what had transpired.

Although she was occupied by Kelly, Michelle was still very worried about Beyoncé; she couldn't dismiss the woman's feelings or what she must be going through at the moment. With that in mind, Michelle texted Solange and asked her to check on her. She then asked her to be patient with the woman. She didn't want any physical altercations; she just wanted a civilized conversation.

For a while, Solange didn't know how to respond to Michelle's request. Honestly, she wanted to deny it and go to bed. Yes, Beyoncé was her sister, and it should be second nature to check on the woman. Unfortunately, their strained relationship made it hard for Solange to care about the fact they were siblings.

Ever since Beyoncé started dating Alicia, she had been very distant from her friends and family. At first, she used to be calm with her distance; it wasn't until she married Alicia that she had practically vanished from the face of the earth. She wouldn't go out with the group, she wouldn't answer any calls or texts, and she refused to show face at any events.

Solange knew her sister wasn't completely at fault for her sudden disappearance; she was being imprisoned by her wife who feared she wouldn't know how to act while in public. At the same time, it was Beyoncé's fault for acting like an ass every time she went outside; it was also her fault for allowing Alicia to dictate her life. There were plenty of times when Solange needed her sister, however, her sister couldn't come to her aid due to Alicia having her under house arrest.

With that in mind, Solange was compelled to say no. Honestly, she would have said no if she didn't have the urge to confront her sister; she also found it hard to say no to Michelle. Still, giving Beyoncé a piece of her mind was the main thing that managed to convince her to accept Michelle's request; she also felt compelled to say a few words to Alicia.

Although Solange agreed to check on Beyoncé, she found it nearly impossible to agree to Michelle's request for no violence. Solange knew that she wouldn't be able to stop herself if she decided to punch the shit out of her sister or Alicia; she didn't want to promise Michelle she wouldn't when she knew she would. To her, hitting Beyoncé and her horrible excuse for a wife wouldn't be so bad. In her humble opinion, her actions would be justified.

Solange drove to her sister's home, the one she shared with the woman who she claimed was her wife. If you were to ask Solange how she felt about Alicia, she would immediately say that she didn't like Alicia. The woman was horrible. She was very insecure, possessive, and unbearably clingy. She would throw a fit every time Beyoncé was around another woman because she feared that the woman would become the main focus of Beyoncé's affection; it didn't even matter if the woman was her mother or sister.

Solange knew her sister, which is why she couldn't fully blame Alicia for wanting to be cautious; however, she could fault the woman for not understanding the meaning of no. Before she practically dropped off the face of the earth, Beyoncé would constantly tell Solange about arguments she would have with Alicia about sex. The arguments were mainly about how she wouldn't want to have sex while Alicia was eager to be pleased.

One day Beyoncé refused to have sex with Alicia, a decision that caused the woman to force herself onto Beyoncé. Of course, when Beyoncé told Solange what happened the younger sibling was livid. If Beyoncé hadn't begged her not to harm Alicia, Solange would have killed the woman that day. Still, the only reason Solange agreed not to harm Alicia was because her sister promised not to leave her.
