Chapter 9: Family Reunion 

Y/n's POV:

Me and Yumiko are on the bullhead headed back to Beacon Academy when the bullhead landed and the door opened. They saw Professor Ozpin and a mad Professor Goodwitch waiting for them.

Glynda: Where, have you two been at?!

Y/n: We spend the night in a hotel.

Glynda: What were you two doing in a hotel?!

Hibana: Getting out of the storm.

Glynda: Oh really now!

Ozpin: Glynda please they were only at a hotel to get shelter right you two?

Hibana: Yes sir.

Y/n: Yes. now excuse us we have to get ready.

Glynda: Get ready?

Y/n: We are going with my sisters to see my family.

Ozpin: I wish you have a pleasant trip and good luck Mr Rose.

Y/n: Thank you sir.

They headed off to get ready for the trip to the island of Patch. As they are ready something is going in Atlas.

Ironwood's POV:

I'm in my office doing paperwork until Winter came in with a folder in our hands.

Winter: General you want to see this. She said handed the folder over.

I started looking over the folder before he looked up to Winter.

Ironwood: Is this true?

Winter: Yes sir, it is true this occurred on Friday but I had our people go over it.

Ironwood: This team Rainbow is from Beacon Academy and the leader of the team is a man that goes by Northman.

Winter: Sir that is what he called himself.

Ironwood: I guess we going to Ozpin tomorrow. Schnee you and the ACE Ops are coming with me when I see Ozpin.

Winter: Yes sir.

As Winter left Ironwoods started to think to himself.

Ironwood: *thinking* Ozpin what are you doing and who is team Rainbow actually?

Ruby's POV:

We on our way home luckily Y/n is able to bring his Jeep Gladiator. Me and Yang are in the back as Y/n is driving and Yumiko is in the passenger seat.

Yang: Are you nervous Y/n?

Y/n: Yes me being gone for 10 years and bringing home my girlfriend yes I'm nervous.

Ruby: What about you Yumiko?

Hibana: Me meeting your family for the first time? yes!!

Ruby: You two are going to be totally fine.

Yang: Yep, but why do the both you have two bags each? She said pointing to the four bags in the bed of the Gladiator.

Ruby: Yeah, we're only staying for a night.

Hibana: Two of the bags has our clothes in them. The other two has our gear and weapons.
