chapter 1 ( escape - 1)

" I Recently got out of a deep relationship I was in a melancholy
Deprived
Of peace and stability in my heart "

Suddenly I received a call from my mom asking me to assist her
In taking care of my sick 8 yo sibling

While Agreeing I gave her a broad comforting smile
After taking care of the little one
I started feeling like something wasn't quite right with his condition
He was burning hot maybe a really bad fever.

I called my mom and informed her that we're immediately taking him to the hospital.

On reaching a nearby hospital which looked like a local one weirdly enough both me and my mom had no idea that a hospital like this existed near us, with the little one in her arms my mom
Went to a woman to ask her about the facility here.

She had long dark hairs and stood at the front of a strangely looking like a delivery ward
I thought her sister might be pregnant or something.
We had to ask about the doctor and facilities real quick since the hospital was new to ,

On greeting her with a hello
The woman looked at my way smiling broadly with her mouth yet her eyes weren't smiling as much and with a really sweet yet weirdly Bass voice she asked

"are you here to eat as well"

The question in itself was weird Af
But being so used to maintaining my expressions around all sorta people
I responded
Just as kindly with a wide smile

"no we're here 4 the checkup"

She replied without removing the smile from her face

"Ah is that so, I'm waiting here to eat so thought u'd be the same "

What was she going to eat
Well I wasn't really curious about that
So didn't ask

Moving forward my mom asked me to go look for the doctor
On some other floor while she's searching on
the ground.

I agreed
And went ahead to look for a doctor
And my eyes suddenly met with A man's and he asked

"are u here to eat as well"

"Nah"  I just casually answered to him with a kind smile on my face

He smiled back at me and continued on his own way.

Weird, weird, weird
Was the only thing echoing in my head
Yet I wondered

(how come people here are so kind yet ask somewhat similar question,
It's weird)

With each step I took towards the upper floor I met different people
They all smiled really kindly yet broadly with their mouth
Everyone were friendly and nice they all talked sweetly yet all they asked was pretty much the same

"are u here to eat? "

But I wonder what they were going to eat anyways

And then there stood a woman
in front of on the upcoming stairs

She blatantly Stared down at me and for some reasons she was smiling both with her eyes as well as her mouth
A genuine smile of a sort
Nah it was creepy af.

She slowly descended down the stairs getting closer to me
With a creepy expression on her face she placed her hand gently on my shoulder and  asked

" u aren't here to eat are u? "

Shocked by her weirdness my expressions broke
And all I could think was
(shit I broke the character)

She removed her hands from my shoulder and started walking again
While she was just passing by me
I felt a sense of relief
And then like suddenly she turned around bent and grabbed me by my feet almost strangling it with both of her hands

She laughed manically leaving me speechless
She opened her mouth wider and wider until I could see her sharp canines
Though they looked very much human,

and was about to take a bite off of my feet
A savior appeared
grabbing the woman by her dishevelled hair the saviour threw her away by dragging her down a little

Stunned yet shocked I looked at that person
But no words left my mouth
I couldn't tell whether
In the form of a savior
It was a demon or might turn into one..
It was the same woman I greeted at the very beginning in this hospital's ground...

The sweet yet manly voiced lady,
It was her
And she was smiling at me
With her entire face this time ...
