Tzuyu's POV
Tzuyu had been quiet and distant throughout the day on their vacation in Boracay, and Dahyun and Chae couldn't help but notice that something was bothering her. They decided to talk to Tzuyu to find out what was going on.
Sitting in their cozy hotel balcony, Dahyun gently asked, "Tzuyu, we've noticed that you've been feeling down. Is everything okay? Do you want to talk about it?"
Tzuyu hesitated for a moment but then opened up about her feelings. "It's just that Mina and I talked about something before this trip, and things haven't been the same between us or maybe it's just me. But it's been bothering me."
Dahyun and Chae exchanged concerned glances.
Chae reached out and placed a comforting hand on Tzuyu's shoulder. "Tzuyu, it's okay to have disagreements or misunderstandings with friends. Do you want to tell us more about what happened with Mina?"
Tzuyu sighed and began to share. "I confessed my feelings for Mina but I think she doesn't feel the same." she sighed.
Dahyun and Chae were shocked by the revelation.
Chae spoke softly, "Tzuyu, it takes a lot of courage to confess your feelings to someone, especially a friend. I'm sorry to hear that Mina's response has left you feeling this way. It's natural to feel hurt when your feelings aren't reciprocated. But remember, your worth isn't defined by someone else's feelings towards you. You're an amazing person, and we care about you deeply."
But on the other hand, Dahyun knows what Mina feels toward Tzuyu and cheers her up. Dahyun could see the pain in Tzuyu's eyes, and she knew that this was a delicate situation. She spoke to her friend, "Tzuyu, I know this must be really tough for you right now, but we all know Mina likes you a lot let's not jump to conclusions about how Mina feels. Sometimes, people need time to process their own emotions, especially when it comes to matters of the heart.."
Tzuyu nodded, appreciating the support of her friends. "You're right. I shouldn't assume the worst. Maybe Mina needs some time to think about everything."
Tzuyu felt a mixture of emotions hearing Dahyun's reassurance. She was relieved to hear that her friends believed there might still be a chance for her and Mina, but she also felt a sense of hopefulness.
Chae smiled warmly and added, "That's the spirit, Tzuyu. Sometimes, our minds can be clouded by doubt, and we misinterpret situations. It's essential to give Mina the benefit of the doubt and have an open conversation when the time is right."
Dahyun chimed in, "Absolutely, Tzuyu. In the meantime, let's make the most of our vacation here in Boracay. We're here to support you and help you enjoy this beautiful place. What do you say we go watch the sunset together at the beach? My baby Momo will arrive at 8 pm." she added.
With a smile, Tzuyu replied, "That sounds wonderful, Dahyun. I'd love to watch the sunset. Thank you both for being here for me and helping me see things in a more positive light." and they left the room.
As they sat on the beach, watching the vibrant colors of the sunset painting the sky, Tzuyu felt a sense of peace wash over her. The gentle sound of the waves, the warmth of her friends beside her, and the breathtaking view all contributed to a moment of serenity but she wished she was with Mina though.
Tzuyu knew that she had a challenging conversation ahead with Mina. However, she found solace and a sense of hope that things would eventually work out.
"That's it," Dahyun said as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the sky in shades of orange and pink. "Let's get ready Momo will arrive anytime soon." And they all head back to the hotel to get ready.
