The Competition Begins

Riele's POV
Hi! I'm Riele Downs. I'm eight years old. I love to dance. Dance is my life. Literally. I am always at the studio. I'm one of Miss Abby's favorite. Me and my best friend Maddie Zielger. We have been besties since we were two.

 I also have a little sister who's name is Rylee and she's six years old. She's best friends with Mackenzie.

Anyway, I guess I just tell the story now..

We are both dancers on the Abby Lee Dance Company

I was sitting between Maddie and Chole. I was wearing some black shorts and a yellow dance bra, with my hair in a ponytail;

Rylee was sitting between Kenzie and Nia. She was wearing some blackk shorts, but she had a pink dance bra, with her hair in a high ponytail, with a pink bow.

Abby: All right, girls. It's the first day of rehearsal for the new competition season. Ladies, you all know why your here. You are the cream of the crop in your age group and I have lots of new ideas in store. I am going to do something that no other studio in the country does. Every single competition, we are doing a new routine.

We all look at our moms..

Abby: Uh-uh, uh-uh, girls. Don't look at your mother's. I am the coach. I am the teacher.

A new routine every week??

Abby: I can make you or I can break you.

Then she turned around the chalkboard..

Abby: Everyone wants to be up top, of course, but you have to work for it.
Everybody wants to be front and center. I hear it all the time. So, whoever is in the front and center, they can't make a mistake, they are holding that group together.
