*Akutagawa was sitting on a soft grassy hill in a dimly lit park. It was night time and the sky was completely clear with a stunning site. Right beside akutagawa, was atsushi, who insisted he came along with akutagawa. As akutagawa looked up at the night sky, atsushi had gently sat down right next to akutagawa, looking at him, and then back up at the stars*

*Akutagawa turned to look at him, slightly tilting his head. His expression was cold, but slightly curious. His eyes seemed to peer over Atsushi. Akutagawa thinks, why was he here, what did he want?*

*Atsushi could feel akutagawa's cold intense gaze on him. After awhile, atsushi finally broke the silence*
Atsushi: So, Akutagawa... Do you come here often?
*atsushi turned his head to akutagawa after asking him that, looking at akutagawa with a rather soft expression on his face, slightly blushing*

*His expression remains unchanged as he stares at Atsushi, though he's slightly intrigued by the question. He turns his head away, breaking Atsushi's gaze and continues glancing at the stars.*
Akutagawa: Every night.. I guess. I've never seen you here before though.. what're you doing here?
*He remains stern and stoic but his gaze shifts from the stars back to Atsushi, his eyes cold but curious as he looks Atsushi up and down. He's quite puzzled, if anything..*

*atsushi leans back and lays his head down on the soft grass, with his arms behind his back using them as a pillow*
Atsushi: don't know, it interested me, really. I wanted to see what it is you love so much about such a place..

*Akutagawa's eyes trail over Atsushi from head to toe and back as he listens to his explanation.*
Akutagawa: Hm.. It's because, there's no one else here.. It feels... peaceful.
*He pauses for a moment before turning his head to look back at Atsushi once more, his eyes shifting over his form again before meeting his gaze again.*

Atsushi: Oh! Well, I'm here now.. Still feel, peaceful?

*He glances at Atsushi, taking a second to think about the question. He can feel his gaze fall on Atsushi yet again and is quite puzzled. He's not quite sure what Atsushi's motives are for coming here and questions if it may have been some sort of trick, so he's rather cautious..*

Akutagawa: It can't get any less peaceful just because you're here.. I still find it peaceful.

*Atsushi leans up from the position it was laying in and sits up*
Atsushi: mhh, I'll take it!

Akutagawa: what do you mean?

Atsushi: Uh- I mean, don't worry about it..
*atsushi chuckles to himself*

*Though he'd never admit it, Atsushi's sudden presence did throw him off quite a bit. He found it difficult to focus, the fact that Atsushi just randomly appeared and decided to sit right next to him. In a strange way, he found it comforting.*

*Atsushi and akutagawa both sit next to each other while admiring the sky. Once again, atsushi breaks the silence with a question*
...
Atsushi: The moon is beautiful, isn't it?
*atsushi blushes while turning away to hide himself from akutagawa gaze*

*The moon was indeed beautiful, with the soft lights and stars. As he was admiring it, he also notices Atsushi looking away after his question. A beat passes and he looks down at his lap before responding, avoiding eye contact as he does.*

Akutagawa: Yeah.. I guess.

*With that short response he continues looking straight ahead, keeping his face turned away from Atsushi. He's not particularly good with expressions so he decided to keep it brief. However, his feelings can be guessed from his tone and demeanor. His voice is soft and laced with nervousness.*

*Atsushi suddenly stood up from where he was sitting. He felt he might if been making akutagawa too nervous and he should leave, though, he really didn't want to*
Atsushi: I'm sorry if I've bothered you in any way by staying here, I can leave now if I must..

*atsushi starts walking away but they feel a tug on the back of his shirt, it was Akutagawa. The tug on his shirt stops him in his tracks and he slowly turns around to face Akutagawa, his eyes raised in expectation. His tone is stern but more gentle than usual.*

Akutagawa: N-no.

*Akutagawa doesn't bother to disguise the impatience he feels but despite that, he holds back his anger and waits for Atsushi's answer.*

Akutagawa: D-don't go, you haven't bothered me at all, and I-I want you to stay.
*akutagawa stares into atsushi's eyes as the bright moonlight showered the both of them as it painted a beautiful scene*

Atsushi: You want me? To be here, with.. You?
*atsushi's face lights up as his heart flutters*

*atsushi's reaction catches Akutagawa's attention. Akutagawa nods his head slowly, intrigued by the reaction but also quite skeptical. The expression on his face doesn't change much, only slightly. Though, when he looks at Atsushi, there's a light pinkish hue to his cheeks, which is quite noticable against his pale skin.*

Akutagawa: Yes..

*He replies in a slightly softer voice than usual, staring back at Atsushi with eyes filled with curiosity.*

*atsushi sits back down on the grassy hill, right beside where akutagawa sits down, a little closer than he was before*
Atsushi: Well, I guess I have no choice then, do I?
*Atsushi flashes a smile at Akutagawa while right next to his body*

*Atsushi sitting closer to him catches Akutagawa's attention. He's not so sure if he wants Atsushi so close or not, yet as the man sits down next to him, the heat from his body warms him up and there's a slight tingly sensation that travels down his spine from the nearness.*

Akutagawa: No, you dont.

*Akutagawa shifts to the right slightly, brushing his thigh against Atsushi's leg.*

*Atsushi closes his eyes and tilts his head up, facing towards the bright night sky, feelings the slight breeze in his choppy yet angelic hair blows freely. The sight of atsushi alone is enough to make akutagawa feel a warm tingling feeling in his heart*

*Sitting beside Atsushi's warm body and looking at the stars is enough to make Akutagawa's heart flutter too, the warm tingling sensation rising higher up to his core. Atsushi looks so peaceful, the light wind blowing through his hair.*

*After what seems like an eternity, Akutagawa glances over at Atsushi and can't help but smile, his expression changing from stern and cold. His feelings seem to be taking over him, the warm fluttering feeling increasing at a rapid rate.*

*Akutagawa stays close to atsushi, this feeling is unlike anything he's ever felt before, and it's so.. peaceful. Akutagawa sits up and hugs his own legs while he buries his face in his knees to cover up his flustered face.*
Akutagawa: Think I like you... Here with me, and no one else.
*akutagawa's face being buried in his knees muffled the sound of his voice*

Atsushi: Hm? Did you say something, akutagawa?
*Atsushi was so flustered by this, he pretended not to hear what he said, but he heard him alright.*

Akutagawa: Oh, no. Nothing at all.. I was just thinking out loud, it's not important.."
*Although he tries sounding confident, the truth is he's absolutely flustered right now. Akutagawa changes his position from hugging his legs to crossing his legs and he relaxed a little more to show he was comfortable*

*Atsushi leans down and places his head on Akutagawa's shoulder, resting it there for a while. Atsushi then whispers something to akutagawa*
Atsushi: Don't worry, akutagawa. I'm just messing with you. I hear what you said..
*Atsushi pauses and takes a breath*
Atsushi: I like you, too.

*Despite his efforts to hide it, Akutagawa's flustered expression is still very obvious. He watches Atsushi move closer to him, wanting to reach out and touch Atsushi but finding it quite difficult to make the first move. He finds Atsushi's soft and calming presence to be very soothing, though he'd never admit it, he likes how close Atsushi is to him right now. He jumps a little when Atsushi leans down and places his head on Akutagawa's shoulder, causing his face to turn completely red. Though it's only for a moment before turning back to normal.*

Akutagawa: I'm glad...

*the two enjoy their night now with a heart warming memory. And that spot had become even more special to Akutagawa. It was a night neither of them would ever forget*
