Alright y'all... Here's my entry!
Hope you like it!
An old dirt road,
Carried a little car with quite a load,
A pair of eyes so cold,
You'd think she would've been bold,
But she just did what she was told,
Faster and faster the car still rolled,
I sacrificed my only little piece of gold,
Now I'm left in trash, and don't have a hand to hold,
I looked into her pure face, Shame was what it showed,
As I looked at her, I saw a pair of eyes so cold.
So many memories stared back at me,
I saw her past that no one else could see,
I was her promise, and it was meant to be,
Her heart was locked and only I held the key,
As I stood there watching helplessly,
So many memories stared back at me.
An old dirt road,
Carried a little car with quite a load.
