Chapter 11 | Nothing without you

Author : I'm honestly starting to get really into this story and definitely want this story to be a lot longer than My Sin. Hope this is getting better than My Sin and I actually improved my writing style.

Mary Jones POV 

I witnessed the servants put Hudson's clothes and extra supplies in a separate carriage. Hudson, Ash and I stand in front of the castle, avoiding eye contact with Hudson.

I hear him sigh and clear his throat, "So, i guess this is goodbye...for now obviously"

"Obviously" I say back, still looking down. Hiding a part of me that is happy that he's going to leave me alone and I don't have to deal with this cruel man.

Ash decided to break the silence by clapping his hands together, "Well, it was very nice meeting you your highness, please try not to miss me too much ya habibti" then winked at me which resulted in me to smile at him, and thankful I was taught a bit of Arabic during my home schooling.

Hudson turns around and starts walking into the carriage, "stop playing around and lets start get going Ash"

Ash gives a slight smile back then starts heading inside the carriage, the door shuts and I mistakenly look at Hudson. He looked back at me, his eyes were trying to say something but i could care less about him. As they start moving i turn around and make my way back into the castle.

3 hours later...

I never thought I would be eating dinner on my own but here I am, the loneliest person in the world eating a chicken breast with peas. Well more like playing around with my food.

"You have to finish your food, your highness. If you don't like the chicken we could replace it with something else'' Clara says from behind my chair

I lift a hand up, "No need for that", I force myself to take at least a few more bites of the chicken. Once I was done Clara helped me wash myself and get ready for bed.
