Moment for life

Hey everyone!!! Nicki and Drake is back!!! I'm so excited to start this book and see how this book goes. Thank you all for the No Love book support. Love you guys so much.

Nicki
I was standing in my managers office looking at the beautiful view. Buildings standing out and the blue sky making the windows glow. I missed Drake already. I haven't seen him since 2 weeks ago. He was off to Atlanta to visit his family and perform. It's been 7 years since we had been gotten married. I still remember that day like it was just yesterday.
The kids are so grown up. The twins are 7 and Nicole is 14!
As far as my career, it's been going good though.
"Earth to Nicki!!!", Kayla, my manager snapped her fingers in my face making me snap out of my daydream. I shot my head to her light green contact lensed eyes. "Yass! I'm here, I'm here girl don't trip!", I said chewing my gum acting like I didn't do anything. I walked to the desk and sat down. "As I said... Picture this: Nicki Minaj American Tour! ", she said forming her hands into a frame. I lifted my eyebrow. "Uh- you think people would buy the tickets? I mean, I'm still working my way up!", I blew a bubble.
"C'mon Nicki, this would really get you back your fans and ish! It would bring back the attention that Nicki Minaj had 9 years ago!!!", she smiled at me. There was no sweeter way to say that sentence was there?
"Uhm...", I thought of it. I would love to go on tour once again, although I feel so nervous, what if they hate me?! I'd be humiliated! "Fine, I'll see how it goes. But if the first one goes bad I swear I'll cancel the whole thing!", I said raising my eyebrows. Kayla had a smirk on her face. Honestly, I like the way my manager thinks, well at least she's better than my first one.

Drake
I sat in the studio with Trey Songz. We had been there for hours trying to come up with a song, man! We haven't gotten anywhere with that ish. I was frustrated and Trey just kept trying. "Man, we ain't getting no where with this song man!", I sighed. It was around 5pm then. I drew my phone from my backpack and dialed my songwriters number.
We had to come up with something and fast because Wayne promised the fans a new song by Monday and we didn't have anything yet and it's Saturday!
"Listen, I need you to help me write a song for me and Trey Songz. We need something by Monday, you think you can be here at the studio in 15?", I explained. He said he'll be there ASAP. As I sat there waiting on him Trey and I got into conversation. "So you any girls up at home?", I smirked. Trey laughed and rubbed his head "Kinda", he laughed "you?".
"Nah!!! I ain't do that ish!!! I got Nicki you know what I mean?", I said "and 3 kids!", I added. Trey froze, I bet he forgot that I had a wife. There was an awkward silence. "Hey! You could make a song with Nicki doe, Trey?!", I said. He simply nodded.

Nicki
We all sat at the dinner table that night. Except for Nicole, she was in her bedroom on her laptop as usual. I find it a bit difficult to reach out to Nicole, she is so.... Hard to reach out to you know?! Every time I talk to her she's just so short off, I guess she still feels left out from the family. The twins were all excited for the food. Seeing them grow up was a great experience. I mean, they're the youngest and they're twins!
Drake just sat there saying random stuff to Jasmine and Jade. "Babe", I looked up at Drake as he did the same "Nicole, please", I said gently referring to him going upstairs to call Nicole for dinner. As I stood up to get the plates and pots he sighed and ran upstairs.

Drake
As I slowly opened Nicole's bedroom door she had her beats Headsets on. I waved my hand in the air for her to notice me. She looked up and took off her earphones. "There's something called knocking Drake!", she said with attitude. I raised my eyebrows, surprised but not surprised. She had been going on like that with me for a very long time- disrespecting me and all that. So it's not anything new. "Dinners ready.", I said choosing to ignore her rudeness. He had a slight pout on her lips showing her attitude off even more. I clicked my lips. "Get out, I'm not hungry!", she said biting on her teeth. "What did I tell you about your nasty ass! You rude and disrespectful!", I finally raised my voice loud enough for her to hear me clearly.
"Thank you, I tried my best! It's my pleasure", she said with a sarcastic smile painted on her face. I punted my finger at her wanting to say something rachet but I just let myself calm down before there was any murderer in this house. I banged the door and left.
I found Nicki and the kids digging into their food. "Nicki, you gotta talk to that kid of yours. She got one major problem with me and I'm about to have it with her!!", I ran downstairs. She looked up and asked what happened as I explained to her.
"Nicole!!! You better get you ASS DOWN HERE NOW!!!", she exclaimed. Nicole took about 15 seconds before she came down. She sat quietly at the table and played with her food.
"Nicole, what the hell is wrong witchu?", Nicki said to her "I will not tolerate with disrespect in my house!", she added. I've gotta say I enjoyed that - seeing Nicole so scared and quiet. "You WILL apologize to Drake okay? And NOW!", Nicki said.
"I'm sorry Drake", she said to me. I just kept on eating.
"Please,excuse me", Nicole said and ran up her room slamming the door behind her. She was clearly crying. "Is she gon be alright up there?", I asked. Nicki just rolled her eyes and nodded.
