New World VI: The Flame of Resolve (P1)

Himeno was walking in the street, and she saw Barclx, his back facing towards her.
"Hello! Barclx! The plan went well, and oh boy I was really happy when I saw her miserable face!" Himeno said smiling.
Barclx turned around
But it was NOT Barclx, but Ace wearing the same clothes as Barclx.

[Flashback]
"Koatycoon, I need to tell you something" Ace told Keiwa while wearing Barclx's clothes
"Pfft! Ace w- what are you wearing?" Keiwa laughed
"I can't say how but I've got an idea why things with Tora-Go turned this way." Ace spoke.
"Wait what?" Keiwa was confused.
"There's this person called Barclx, and he did things... Just follow me and see for yourself"
[End of flashback]

"W- what? How are- what?" Himeno said shocked.
Keiwa then came behind her.
"Explain" He looked at her coldly.
Himeno looked around nervously and stuttered "W- well..."
Ace explained, "Barclx reached out to Himeno, basically the offer was Barclx can help disguise Himeno into a Jyamato Rider, which would allow her to break Tora-Go all she wants without getting in trouble."
Keiwa said coldly, "This is beyond unacceptable. Why do I have this monster as my teammate?". He tried his best not to transform and kill Himeno right there.
"So what if I did? I am getting rid of our competitors! Isn't that great? Why are you against it? Your Peace-loving ways?" Himeno said, her attitude is sickening.
Ace stepped in, "Koatycoon, this is not the time. We'll deal with her later, we need to help Tora-Go get over this."
Keiwa nodded in agreement, "Yes... you are right. Let's go."
They get to Ayoko, who's sitting on a chair in the park, looking on the ground. She looks up and sees them.
"Ayoko! Hey!" Keiwa said.
"Please leave me alone... I don't want to talk" Ayoko said, her voice quivering.
Keiwa then approached her and said, "No, you don't need to go through this alone. It's not your fault. We are here for you."
"No, it's my fault, I- I am worthless. It- it was right" Ayoko said, her voice full of sadness and despair.
Keiwa knelt beside her, his expression gentle but firm. "Ayoko, you're not alone in this. You're not worthless, and you're certainly not a failure. You faced a tough challenge, that's all."
Ace added, his voice steady, "We all have moments when things don't go as planned. It doesn't define us. What defines us is how we rise from those moments."
Ayoko looked up, her eyes filled with tears. "But I let everyone down..."
Ace bought a Boost Buckle and gave it to Ayoko, "Take this. Fight, fight for your desires, as long as you believe in them, they will never be lost."
Ayoko took the Buckle, "Why- why do you guys help me? Aren't we competitors?"
"Uh- well... uh..." Keiwa couldn't find the right words, he just knew he wanted to help her in any way he could.
Ace stepped in, "We're humans, it's natural".
Himeno, who was watching from afar, muttered, "Tch, screw this"
Ayoko held the Boost Buckle in her trembling hands, her gaze shifting between her teammates. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice thick with emotion.
(AN: Because one sick woman isn't enough, because one Beroba isn't enough. And she has one more thing in common with Beroba, but not gonna spoil that now :D just wait till the story fully unfolds)
Keiwa smiled, "Don't worry Ayoko, get some rest, you got a battle to fight"
Ayoko nodded determinedly at Keiwa's words. As night fell, she rested in preparation for the upcoming battle. Her newfound resolve burned like an ember in her heart.
