ALLISON POV
"Where could they be Ava?" I yelled frantically. WORST. DAY. OF. MY. LIFE. "Allison we have to find them, they must be somewhere." My parent, my brother, my sister, everyone was missing all day. I only had my bestie Ava with me. Then we walked into the media room. And my world crashed. I saw my entire family, brother, sister, mom, dad, everyone on the floor with blood all over them, none of them bleeding. I shrieked out loud and yelled "Ava!" she came running upstairs, and came over to hug me as soon as she saw.
After she calmed me down she got out a phone and called 911. They came over and took me and Ava to the police station. We both were questioned and then they took us both to a nearby hotel. The strange thing was that Ava's parents died, when she was only 18. That was only a few months ago, in August. I was sitting in my bed, crying, and I felt alone, even with Ava by my side. I drifted off to sleep, not caring about what time I need to wake up, hoping I never did.
But of course, I woke up next morning at 10. Ava was on the bed next to mine, and she told me she called us both in sick. "You are a life saver Ava." I thanked her and went to the bathroom, when images of last night crossed my mind, again, I sat down on the toilet and just broke into tears. Then I remebered the time me and my brother went hiking, and how he beat this guy who was hassling me, more tears.
I stumbled out, and told Ava that I need to get into my normal schedule, I can't let this get in the way of my career. Then I realized, they were gone, I would never see them again. I felt myself fading on the inside. I connected my ear buds, and listened to the entire folklore ALBUM (I COULDN'T HELP MYSELF I'M SORRY)
I went out to get some groceries for our hotel room, and decided to order some takeout, and cry on my bed while trying to use chopsticks. I walked over to the curtains and closed them and climbed into my bed as soon as I finished eating.
3:38 AM
"I feel so bad for her" Ava whisper yelled on the phone. "Ava who are you taking to? sleep we have our first class tomorrow at 7!)" "Sorry Al!" I fell back asleep, only to be awoke by my alarm, WHYYYYYYY.
