Call was just sitting there, his thumbs running over Constantine's mask. His mask. It felt odd calling it his. But that's what it was. Master Joseph had let him have distance since he knew Call couldn't deal with being a leader immediately, so that's where he is now.
"Call?" He heard Master Joseph say. Callum turned his head to face the older male slowly, "What?" The older male sighed, rubbing his nose bridge, "Come on. It's time to see that Makar friend of yours." Call's eyes lit up when he heard Aaron be mentioned. Wait. But how would Aaron react to seeing him like this? Would he hate him? Would he wish him dead? Callum started reeling.
Master Joseph led him to a room where Aaron was. Aaron was unscathed, but he was chained up. His eyes glanced up towards Call, hatred in them. Master Joseph left, letting them have a moment. Aaron scoffed. "So you're the Enemy of Death?" Call flinched at the name, but he nodded. He didn't want to keep anything hidden from Aaron, after all they were in the same apprentice group. Call let out a sigh, "I am." He confirmed. Aaron glared at him, making Call want to curl up and hide.
"Look, Aaron I'm—" Call was cut off by Aaron, "NO! You don't get to say your sorry!" He screamed at the top of his lungs in pure rage. Call stumbled back, he had never seen or heard Aaron this angry. It stung. It stung so much, tears pricked at the corners of Callum's eyes. Both his hands went over his mouth, but he had to do this. For the sake of Aaron and Tamara's survival.
He picked up a syringe and put into into Aaron's neck...
"I'm so sorry... Aaron... So very sorry..."
