Run

Chapter one

A teen girl runs through the forest a horde of zombies coming from no where . She takes her gun and shoots at them hitting no more that 6 . She runs faster and sees a house and runs opening the door and closing it , she looks around frantically for something to block the door a sees a cabinet . She pushes it over to the door and presses it against it and fell to the ground panting . She heard the click of a gun and jumped she looked over and sees a man with a riffle in his hands

" p-please don't shoot " she gasped and put her hands in front of herself.

" Give me one good reason why I shouldn't " he spat

" Daniel don't she's scared " a voice said behind the man and a woman appeared beside him

" Shut up Marilyn " Daniel snapped . Marilyn glared at him

" no I won't shut up " she snapped back

" I have food " the girl said

" shut up girl " Daniel said and she shrunk back

" don't be mean to the girl " Marilyn said walking over to the girl

" what's your name sweetie ?" She asked softly

" Sam. " the girl answered

" well Sam how old are you ?" Marilyn asked

" I'm 15 " Sam said

" she could be bitten of scratched " Daniel said

" I'm not I swear " Sam said

" how have you survived this long ?" Daniel asked narrowing his eyes at her

" I have a gun and I got some ammo and food from a store " she said

" is there anyone else with you ?" Marilyn asked Sam shook her head sadly

" my dad was but he got bitten " Sam said looking at her hands

" I'm sorry " Marilyn said

" is there anyone with y'all ?" Sam asked looking up at them

" no it's just the two of us " Daniel said and they heard the zombies coming

" shit !" Daniel yelled looking out the window " there millions !"

" hurry get in the car !" He yelled

"Please don't leave me " Sam begged Daniel looked at her

" fine get in the car with Marilyn !"he barked and Sam got up and ran after Marilyn and she jumped in the back seat and Marilyn jumped in to passenger seat and started the car as Daniel ran out of the house with three bags in his hands he threw them in the back seat with Sam and jumped in the drivers seat and spun the car around and drove as fast as he could until the house and zombies were out of sight. Sam had fallen asleep in the back seat Marilyn smiled at her and looked at Daniel.
" She can help " she said quietly Daniel frowned
" I don't know " he muttered
