Chapter 29

"Ayaw ko roon sa mga kaibigan mo." Isabella rolled her eyes and shifted her body to the side to look at me because we're in my room and both laying down on my bed.

I wanted to sleep at Liam's condo again but I didn't come home for a week, and my dad will stay the night so I also needed to stay.

"They're not my friends." I muttered firmly.

Isabella sighed. "Mabuti naman." She said, and slightly chuckled.

We stayed silent for some moments until she broke the ice by asking a question.

"Boyfriend mo na si Sir Liam?" I looked at her and saw that she was smiling through the dim light.

I smiled too. "oo."

"Pwede ko na po sigurong sabihin sayo 'yong mga sinasabi niya sa sasakyan tuwing tulog ka?" She said na agad nagpaupo sa akin dahil matagal ko nang gustong malaman kung ano ang mga sinasabi ng lalaking 'yon sa akin dahil kahit na alam kong mahal niya ako, gusto ko paring marinig 'yon mula sa ibang tao na nakakakita. Gusto kong marinig kung paano niya ako ipagmayabang sa iba.

Isabella also sat down and squeezed the toy she named bear brand in her arms.

"Ang sabi niya, ikaw daw ang pinaka maganda sa buong mundo."

Namula agad ang mukha ko dahil sa narinig at napakagat sa labi.

She chuckled. "Ang ganda-ganda mo raw titigan kahit na laging umiikot 'yong mga mata mo."

Natawa na din ako. "Sinabi niya 'yon?"

She nodded. "Tapos natatakot daw siyang sabihin na...mahal ka niya." Sabay kaming natigilang dalawa pero ngumiti din siya. "Kasi daw baka hindi ganun ang nararamdaman mo at mas mabuti na sa kanya na maging driver mo nalang habang wala kang alam sa nararamdaman niya kesa naman sa alam mo at layuan mo siya."

A smile slowly showed in my lips.

He loves me that much?

Kaya ba nung sinabi ko sa kanya na gusto ko siya ay sinabi niyang hindi niya ako gusto dahil ang iniisip niya ay gusto ko lang siya at hindi mahal?

Isabella was already sleeping on the other side of my bed while I was still blushing at nililimitahan ang paglilikot sa kama dahil baka magising ko siya kaya tumitig nalang ako sa kisame habang naka ngiti hanggang sa mag vibrate ang phone ko.

Liyummy: are you still awake?

I laughed at his name on my contact list. Keisha and Loreen changed his name from Liam the driver to Liyummy when they got a hold of my phone but it was cute so I just left it.

I typed my answer.

To Liyummy: Yep :-))

After just a second, my phone vibrated again for his reply.

Liyummy: Can't sleep?

I pouted because it was his fault why I couldn't bring myself to sleep dahil masyado niya akong pinapakilig.

To Liyummy: Gonna sleep now. Love you

I smiled when I sent it to him.

Liyummy: Good night. Love you more.

I read his reply and buried my face into a pillow to stifle my giggles. So that night, I slept with a smile on my face.

The next day, I woke up from another vibration and ring on my phone.

I groped through the side table to look for my phone and sighed when I saw who was calling.
