Liam offered my friends to join us on the Island he bought, which they all happily accepted. He also said that his father owns a yacht and it was here so he just called the caretaker to get us on the Island using it.
Kaya ngayon ay hinihintay nalang namin 'yon na sunduin kami, and when we already saw it approaching, Keisha jumped and waved her hands in the air excitedly.
When it came to a stop, we helped each other get aboard. They immediately rushed to the front and held onto the railings, but I was terrified, so I just stayed far behind them since I couldn't look down on the ocean because my mind kept overthinking.
What if I slipped and fell down on the water? Especially that we were already getting away, ibig sabihin ay lumalalim na rin ang tubig at ayaw kong mamatay ngayong masaya na ako.
"We're near." I felt Liam's hand on my waist. He was looking at the Island because we could already see it from here.
I leaned my head against his chest as we waited for the yacht to come to a halt on the Island's coast, and when it did, we were the last to step out because my friends were too excited.
When we arrived, I looked around and saw three more yachts with the names Patrice, Patrizia, and Vance, so I looked back to the one we rode to see the name, and it was Veronica—Tita Ica's name.
"Come here, Sandy!" Keisha waved her hand to the air to get my attention and she was running like a little child.
"Go, look around." Liam cocked his head toward her to tell me to go with her, so I smiled at him and kissed his cheek before running toward my friend who was still yelling my name.
"Do you know how to ride a jet ski?" She asked—looking towards the shore where Mika was examining a jet ski. I shook my head dahil takot nga akong sumakay ng yacht, sa jet ski pa kaya na mas risky. "I don't know either." She chuckled. "But we can ride with Mika or Loreen." I opened my mouth to argue, but she had already grabbed my hand and forced me to sit behind Loreen on a jet ski. "Wear that." She tossed a life vest and sat behind Mika— hugging her back, so I was left with no choice because they were already wearing theirs.
"Ready?" Loreen asked, and even though I can't see her face, I knew that she has an evil smile on her lips so I shook my head a lot of times but she just chuckled and started the engine—accelerating like she was in a race that I just close my eyes and tightly gripped on her vest.
"Loreen!" I screamed—completely hugging her back to hold for my dear life because she was already racing with Mika!
"You're a loser, Mika!" She laughed and made a sudden turn that made me almost fly out.
"Mika, she's challenging you!" Keisha taunted, and I cursed inside my mind because these girls aren't afraid to die!
"AAHHHH!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs when Loreen drove really fast because I felt like my heart was left. I was screaming but they were laughing their asses out, especially Keisha because she seems to be enjoying so much fun.
When I opened my eyes, the two were already ahead of us. They whallenging and tormenting Loreen to the point where she was almost getting up to surpass them, and I felt like passing out.
"Mika, she's catching up!" Keisha laughed—tapping her shoulder.
"AAAHHHH!!" I yelled again as we nearly flipped over, but Loreen laughed out loud as we caught up because she was so proud of herself.
Me on the other side was afraid about Keisha since she was moving a lot that she may tumble down. She raised both of her hands up to the air and just like I was thinking, she lost balance and fell into the ocean.
