I came back home and see my parents sitting with a worried expression written all over their faces.
I just shrugged it and was about to go to my room but my dad stopped me

Dad : Areum... can we talk??

Areum : yes Dad, is smtg wrong??

* why does he seem like he is tensed about something? *

Dad : I.... want you to get married to my bestfriend's son.. Are y-you fine with it baby?

* Married!??? I-I just don't know how to react to it *

Areum: but I don't think I've ever seen him in person

Mom : you can meet him. We will arrange everything. Shall we honey?

Areum: nah it's fine I'm busy you guys just f-fix the dates

Mom : I bet we will get our old Areum back, the 16 year old bubbly girl who hides behind her mask .. and I know only JAEHYUN can do it

Dad : obvsly we will ..... I just want her to be happy and trust someone and smile like how she used to when she was a teen
