Sonny's POV
Thank God it's finally Monday. That means Jax, Trey, and my cousins come today. I'm so sick of Jayden and Landon's bullshit. Landon completely broke his promise to Zach and has been a complete dick. I swear somethings wrong with him.
"Morning Santino," Sky greets, sitting down next to me at the table.
"Morning Skylar." I respond, pouring myself a bowl of cereal. Zach and Jay come down shortly after.
"Hey," Jay yawns. He puts two waffles in the toaster and pulls out the maple syrup.
"Hey Jay?" Zach asks. "Do you know why Landon hates me." Jayden stiffens up.
"What, Landon doesn't hate you." He laughs unconvincenly.
"Jayden I'm not stupid." Zach states. "He hates me and I know it. I just wanna know why." Jayden avoids all of our eyes and stares at the table.
"I don't know what your talking about." He finally states. We all know that's a lie. Landon honestly probally does hate Zach. He never wants to do anything with him at all. Occasionally he'll ask Skylar or I to play football, or basketball if he and his friends need another player, but he wants nothing to do with Zach. Of course Jayden would know how Landon felt about him, they told each other everything.
"C'mon Jay." Skylar rolls his eyes. "Just tell us, Zach won't get too upset. Right?"
"Right," Zach stammers, looking at the floor."I just wanna know, is all." Jayden glares at us.
"Guys, I don't know what your talking about." He sneers. "Landon doesn't hate Zach, he just gets angry easy."
"Oh bullshit." I grumble. Now thinking about, I remember when I was 8 and 7 Landon was really nice to all of us, but he just became a jerk after that honestly. He was espacially mean to Zach, telling us that he was a waste of time, and that he would replace him if he could. As he got older, he became more protective and sensible, but angrier and more aggressive.
"Whatever," Zach sighed. "I don't really care anyways, it's not like I like him either." With that he stalks off back upstairs.
"OW!" I hear Zach scream from upstairs. "WHAT THE HELL!"
"Shut up runt!" Landon yells. Their's a thud and then it goes quiet, moments later Landon comes down, looking terrible and angry.
"What happened?" Jay asks. Landon just mutters something and grabs a bagel. Moments later Zach comes down with his book bag. He gives Landon a hard glare and leaves with slamming the door.
"What's up with him?" Sky asks.
"He's just being an obnoxious asshole," Landon smirks. I sigh and put my shoes on.
"Ima head out," I say leaving. I start my walk to school thinking about Zach and Landon. I feel bad for Zach, but he also is pretty annoying, and I can't say I've never beat him up. On the other hand, Landon's really mean to him for no reason, and all of us are except for Sky. I make it to school and during 1st period I don't mess with him at all. He's pretty quiet whenever I see him, even at lunch he looks distracted.
"Hey Zach," I greet as I pass him in the hallway. At first he looks scared.
"Oh, hey Sonny." He murmers, before quickly walking away. The day goes by relativly quickly and when I get home, Trey, Jax, Sam, Alexandria, Leah, and Brooke are all home. I greet them and go to Treyton.
"Hey Trey, can I ask you something?" He nods his head.
"Yeah sure bud, what is it." He asks.
"Well, remember when Landon would always play with Zach? When did that stop." Treyton sighs and rubs his head.
