- Shipping yourself with a character thats canonically or already taken will become a au that they never got togeher and instead you two got together (james x lily becomes james x you, thats basically the concept)
- SELF-INSERT/OC X CHARACTER is okay! Just keep it at a reasonable age gap, for example snape, you would be 30-40, and no incest pls
- Shipping is okay! As long it isnt extremely innapropriate/stepcest/incest or all three then its okay! Also large age gaps, like i said. ISNT okay, you will be added to the blacklist
