''I guess we' re not cut out for this world'' I chuckled lightly, a hint of sadness appearing in my voice.

He nodded on, took a deep breath, then sat up, realising he was talking to a complete stranger.

''Can I ask you something? I mean, I don't know you, but if you do something bad, if you betray your friend, and you're aware of that, should you tell that friend what you've done?'' He hesitantly asked, waiting for his risky question to be answered.

''How do you know im not some journalist who is stalking you, trying to get information from you?'' I asked cheekily

''Because I came to you.''

''True'' I answered, nodding my head

''You know, there are about 5 other benches around this corner, but I chose to sit next to you'' He spoke lightly ; I could feel the tenderness in his voice.

'Uh..'' I struggled to find words, I didn't know what he was implying.

''Do you want to go for a coffee sometime?'' He asked with a cheeky grin.

''Uh, yes! Of course, yes''

''Im glad to hear that'' He said joyfully

He stared at me, silence was the mere outcome for a few seconds

''Oh, what, now?'' I blurted out.

''Oh, no, it's late and you shouldn't be out but, we should get eachothers numbers?''

''Uh, yeah sure'' I answered nervously.

We exchanged numbers and he offered me a ride home. I declined at first, but he swore he wouldn't leave the park unless I agreed.

I lay in bed, thinking about what just happened. He was much more nice and down to Earth than I expected him to be. He was so normal.

I snapped out of my fantasy as my alarm went off. Reluctantly, I got out out of bed and took a shower. I couldn't stop thinking about him.

Erik's POV

I had got a call from Marco earlier this morning. Ann-kathrin broke up with Mario.

Part of me felt sorry for Mario. Part of me was happy that Mario was free from that bitch. But I knew that I felt relieved for myself, that now they weren't together she would have less reason to tell him.

_

I had a quick shower in the morning, eating breakfast straight after. I was almost late for the date with Alexandra and I had to pick her up.

I sorted out my hair in the mirror, then stopped and stared at myself. I could comeback home today and be in love with someone or I could come home with a vulnerable, young girl begging to taste her first step maturity with me. None the less, both were equally as scary.

I wore simple clothing of jeans, a black Nike FC shirt and a grey hoodie. I just hoped she wouldn't be dressed so formally, as I hadn't, I didn't want it to seem like I didn't care.

Thousands of thoughts swarmed my mind. I was so scared about it. About a date. My first ever.

-

Alexandra's POV

I got out of the shower and dried up while I was on my phone. As I was about to put it down and get dressed, when I got a message, which was almost never.

Erik: Hey

Me: Oh, hey

Erik: You ready?

Me: Almost

Erik: I'll pick you up in an hour then?

Me: Sure

-

It had been almost an hour and a half since he was supposed to pick me up. I sat on the stairs, just waiting, hoping it was all just a misunderstanding. Time went by so quickly. I kept frantically checking my phone for any messages, constantly having to remind myself that it was just a date.

After a while I just gave up and accepted that he wasn't coming.

Instead, I got up and decided to spend quality time with myself, in the park, as usual.

That is the outfit she was wearing for the date that she never went on. She is also wearing that outfit for part of the next chapter.

I am writing a new story about Marco so pleeeeease check that out.
