Ernst had decided to keep Rui back in seijuu to give her a few personal lessons "in this case we need to revert the digits of the spirit to 87" Ernst said

"Oh I see..." heuye said "I see" Francis said as Rui watched intently with her arms on the table "you don't need to be so surprised the seijuu universe is one of my research subjects after all" Ernst said

"Question...where is Leonard isn't he supposed to be here as well" Rui said with a deadpan expression on her face then just as she said that Leonard arrived

"You took too long, your late" Rachel said "hey you that was dirty...slipping out like that" Leonard said "what on earth are you on about Leonard" Rui said rubbing the back of her neck

"If I hadn't it looked like we'd continue till morning..." Ernst said making Rui blink at them in shock "what is this weird conversation and do I want to know" Rui said

"What are they talking about" Rachel said "That's what I wanna know" Rui muttered Francis huffed a laugh "cards" Francis said "cards?..gambling!..." Rachel said shocked

"Gambling is all about probability it's impossible to beat my calculations by going all out, I can't help but say your reckless...to sum it up there's no chance you'd win" Ernst said as Leonard looked angry

"You bastard...saying just what you want...let's settle this...let's play right now" Leonard said as a heavy sigh was heard then they all looked at Rui who seemed irritated by the argument

"Come to think of it where's Ange?" Leonard said "Ange decided to go on her own to pick up Victor that's why I'm here listening to history lessons...not that I mind" Rui said pulling her phone out and updating her app

"What are you up to?" Heuye said as as he tried to look at what Rui was working on as she looked at him upset "didn't we have this conversation yesterday about getting into my privacy" Rui said making them all sweatdrop

Ernst's pov

I watched as Rui was talking to them about keeping their noses where they don't belong which I respect full heartedly

'Yesterday I actually got to meet her face to face...' I thought to myself as I smiled truth be told I had been admiring her talents from a distance

Flashback...

Before Rui was trapped in the seijuu universe I would sometimes catch a glimpse of her in the library with a book in her hand or some sort of device she was tinkering with

The first time I encountered her was in the library...

It was late at night I was looking for research on how to help the Ètoile and I heard a soft snoring sound and that made me curious

'Who would be in the library this late at night' I thought to myself as I looked from behind the bookshelf to see rui with her head on the table arms covering her face as her eyes were closed

'If she was going to sleep she should have gone to bed' I thought as I reached my hand to shake her awake only to see an open book under her head

'Why was she studying so late at night and for what purpose...' I thought to myself as I saw a little notebook next to her I happened to catch a glimpse at her material

'Her handwriting is so neat and elegant' I thought to myself I then put the notebook down knowing I shouldn't snoop through her belongings

I was shocked when she suddenly started sleep talking "momma...no please...please don't leave me" she whimpered and cried as she slept

'This poor girl lost her mother' I thought to myself as I pet her head gently making her sleep peacefully

End of Flashback...

I never thought that I would be one of her soulmates then the computer went off "there is a disturbance of sacrea in the sabute galaxy"

3rd person pov

"If we leave it this way, there's a probability that the whole galaxy will experience a huge disaster" Ernst said making Rui dash out the door without anyone noticing

"How can you tell" heuye asked him "I analyzed the data and simulated it with a program I made" Ernst said "it's so difficult, I can't understand it too well" heuye said

Then Rachel noticed Rui was gone "Boy's while you were busy talking Rui has decided to deal with the problem of the chaos herself" Rachel said pointing to the empty chair

"Where could she have disappeared to" Leonard said trying to look around for her then an image appeared on the screen

"I'm currently dealing with the problem as I've decided to go there myself and lend a hand to Ange behave until I get back" the video message Rui sent ended

"Hm well that's even more comforting" violet said appearing behind them making the guardians and Queen's Aide jump with startle

"What do you mean by that lady violet" Francis said "Rui is very independent it's good to see how she handles this situation by herself...you all are curious as well aren't you" violet said

"Even so it's our soulmate putting her life on the line" Leonard said "oh bother you really underestimate Rui she's not just some fragile girl that you need to take care of need I remind you she's a goddess" violet said

"You all don't know the gift she was born with even she doesn't know it herself...but she has the ability to change worlds in their own way" violet said

"Shall we see how she deals with the situation at hand" violet said gesturing towards the screen "I assure you she will be perfectly fine" violet said

The guardians said nothing but just turned their attention to the screen hoping Rui would come back to them safe and sound happy as they can be
